Two Finches Spa — Local services in Sioux City

I recently went in for a facial to start preparing my skin for my wedding this summer. The esthetician I worked with, was very nice and answered all of my questions and listened to all of my concerns about my skin. However, I came home with what looked like a grinch hack job across my face with several cuts across my forehead and near my ear and jawline from where she nicked me, while dermaplaning my skin. I woke up this morning with scabs all over my face, razor burn ancross my side profile and forehead, and overall very irritated skin. This was not what I was expecting, I do have hormonal acne that I manage in other ways and so I was expecting a bit of a purge with a few new breakouts, but I was not expecting to wake up with a bunch of scabs and open wounds from razor burn and her cutting open my skin. She also shaved off part of my hairline, so now I have little bumps along the top ridge of my forehead, where baby hair will now start to regrow in, and it concerns me because I don’t know what that will turn into in the next couple of months as I look towards my wedding. Again, it was very nice service. She was kind and seemed very knowledgeable, but the aftermath has left me not wanting to return. I wish I was forward enough to call for a refund because this is not the $200+ service that I paid for. Very discouraged, and feel like Frankenstein...

We were comped a 60 couple massage so we decided to upgrade to 90 minutes each. Briana was awesome and really worked on some tender spots especially with my mommy aches and being pregnant .

My boyfriend had his first massage (ever) with Tara. His consultation could have been a little more thorough since he's never done massage. I informed the spa ahead of time of his specific needs and problematic issues bc of health issues he struggles with so he said it was OK but he wouldn't do it again.

Bartering was excellent! Done by Randy. His experience definitely shows. Though when we went to pay I had been misquoted on price twice(as I had only made phone appointments). I got a shoulder shrug and basically some how I had to pay even the price was not what I was told. It would be BEST to confirm prices with clients BEFORE services are rendered to avoid such major...

Massage was wonderful! No complaints there. Breana was great!

I also got a mani pedi and very disappointed with my results. Does not seem like they have a nail tech at the moment so had someone do them who wasn’t a trained professional. Which I did not find out about till half way through the service. The guy was very nice but think that if you are going to offer these services then you need to ensure you have someone who knows how to properly do it. I got my nails done less than 24 hours ago and the gel polish is already lifting and the polish was not applied evenly. Very upset because it is not cheap. After being charged incorrectly and having to sit and wait. It was not a relaxing experience. And very upset. Will be calling for a refund because this is ridiculous.
