Walked in to order to go. Ordered it within 10mins it was out. That was red flag right there. Chicken Lop should take more than 10mins unless it’s reheated which it obviously was. The satay was reheated! It was dry. Not juicy and hot like it would be if it was just cooked. Sticky rice pure mush. Obviously Re-Steamed multiple times. Plastic wrap was practically melted into it. Pad Seew - Noodles Zero Flavor! Noodles were white! No sauce! Chicken Satay so tiny like a pinky on a small child. Absolutely horrible food! I should have known as last time we were very disappointed as well but wanted to give them another try. We eat authentic Asian food at home as Husband is Lao. This is awful! We live 30mins out of town I would have taken it back today but will tomorrow. The amount of food you get for the cost is also ridiculous we just started laughing at the size of the satay! Never seen anything like it! ** In response to owners reply. I never said it shouldn’t be wrapped in plastic, said plastic practically melted into it. If you read my review you would know we live 30 mins away. It was late and I wouldn’t have been able to bring it back the same night! I tried calling and kept getting busy signal. I brought the food back and you looked at me and said you believed me because I took it out of the bag and tried to show you! Which should be on film if it’s being recorded. I also stated I only wanted the money back for the rice & PadSeeEw! You insisted on full refund! You also blamed the cook saying they were new and you were so angry. You gave a full refund at your choice! Everything I stated is 💯 correct we have reheated sticky rice but we only do it once. This rice was re-steamed at least twice and over steamed! If it was re-steamed and left in a warmer it’s going to be soggy! Which it was! The padseew had zero sauce you even said so “just by looking at it” you could tell it had no sauce and again blamed the “new” cook. I would never have left a review but this is the second time the food has been bad. You did a great job remedying the situation, but coming to my review and telling a watered down version and trying to make it seem like I took a full refund but didn’t bring back food is a LIE!!! I brought the food back untouched! Offered to give it back and you refused! You offered full refund I said no I just want it for rice and one entree you insisted! Which was very nice but to lie and say I don’t bring food back wow.

Edit#2: Since he quietly removed his 100% false and retaliatory response - I'll just go ahead and put this here in the pictures Edit: so I guess the owners response to this review even though everybody can see the picture of this crab rangoon with virtually no filling - was to respond to my review lying claiming to have remade our entire order, FALSE - one tiny order of crab rangoon was remade and the guy snatched the plate right out from under me of what I did have, which no gracious server or business would ever do. And no there was not a personal dispute being taken out on the staff there we were both pretty pissed off for taking time out of our work days to spend that kind of money on what we received. To feel the need to respond to a review and lie about the resolution and to feel the need to respond to a review making up interpersonal issues between couples trying to have a nice lunch - is appalling. Anybody here can see the picture - this would be subpar even on Dollar tree frozen food standards. Original post: Have you ever had crab Rangoon with virtually nothing in it? Me either until today. Then my replacement order came with only a microscopic amount more. My husband's dish was a huge plate full of noodles with barely any meat in it. Price wise, today's visit gave the impression that they are way prouder of what they are serving than need be. I've also sat cramping and 💩 🚽 long enough twice for the lights to shut off in the bathroom on me since lunch)

I was very excited to try this new restaurant, recommended by an Asian friend. I was extremely disappointed...first of all, I waited by the door with no help in sight for over 5 minutes, and when I was finished, I went to the counter to ask for leftover containers, since no one came over, waited another 5 minutes, and then the waitress wordlessly shoved a box and bag into my hands. I ordered chicken satay, which tasted ok, but it was the thinnest strips of chicken I had ever seen! I am Asian, and have had a lot of satay...the fried sweet potatoes looked great, but were tough and chewy, not crispy and crunchy. I ordered Thai wok rice noodles with chicken, and to my surprise, had to really look hard to find any chicken. There were a few thin shreds and maybe 4 small pieces of broccoli, for $10.50+tx, I received a plate of rice noodles with very little flavor! I have not had such poor service and food at any restaurant in Sioux City, ever! You can check out the photo and see if you can find the chicken!

First, let me say we've eaten at Pete's before. It has been a while, but I remember enjoying the food. Tonight I ordered on Uber eats for pick up. I went to get our order. The person working didn't stand up, greet me, etc. Open the door and stood looking at the menu, heard "order is back here" and started looking for the kitchen. Found the counter and the only guy in the place was just staring at a wall. "Take out order for Andy" and he just pointed to a bag on the counter." Not handed the food nor thanked.

Still, we love Thai food so was super excited. It was evident from moment I saw the food I was going to be disappointed. I always order panang curry. This curry was nearly see through and tasted more like chicken noodle soup than any kind of Thai curry. Seriously, it slightly sweetened chicken broth. The meat was... interesting. The beans were clearly canned. The rice was old and mushy. Also ordered Pad Thai. It was dry and the noodles were over cooked, but better than the curry. We also got two orders of fresh spring rolls. They were skimpy looking and tasted of only lettuce. I thought I could salvage it by using the dipping sauce only to have that "hiss" when I opened the plastic lid. It smelled fermented- dipping my finger in for a small taste confirmed my suspicion.

The food was so bad we split the pad thai but the rest of it ($30 worth) went in the trash. So disappointed and frustrated by the...
