Food: I only had a side salad and side of cheese fries, but they were both delicious. Outback is the only place I will eat blue cheese anything. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is amazeballs. Taste and flavor: Tasted great as always Freshness of ingredients: pretty fresh, fries were a tiny bit crispier than I like, but we're all picky about our fries in different ways Portion sizes: honestly I didn't even eat half the cheesefries... For a side order, it was a lot of food Presentation: looked yummy to me! Menu variety: pretty good. Mostly steak but also salads, pasta, chicken, burgers, etc. Service: my server was fantastic. The table in front of mine were complaining about the dumbest crap and she held it together and remained polite the entire time (first complaint was that their were fingerprints on the outside of the glass, as if someone didn't put their hand on it to put it on the tray, and someone else to remove it from the tray and give to him, and then, HE picked it up and twirled it around, so he left fingerprints as well... I was just amazed she could hold it together with someone so rude) Attentiveness of staff: perfect for occasion Friendliness and courtesy: friendly enough but not too friendly to the point it gets annoying; wrote some sweet words on my to-go lemonade cup so courtesy is a definite Knowledge of the menu: I asked if I could get a half order or side order of cheese fries, since the appetizer was way too much food for just me and she said a side order was possible; which I did. Speed of service: perfect for the occasion Ambiance: like every other outback, but still cool to me Atmosphere and decor: also like most every other outback... But I like the stained wood everywhere Noise level: I went at an odd hour (230-3pm ish) so it was super quiet. I think there were 5 tables being utilized in the restaurant and only one was in front of me. The rest were spread out. Lighting: always a lil dim for me, but I loved it when I had them young eyes 👀 😂 Price: actually, my whole meal (without tip) was only around $15 so for this occasion, it was GREAT! Value for money: also great - side salad, side cheese fries, and a lemonade $15ish Price point relative to quality: on this occasion?! Absolutely amazing. Normally, decent Other factors: 🤔 I really wish America would chill with "the customer is always right" bc sometimes people need to be put in their place, but I do understand professionalism and benefit of the doubt, so I appreciate their ability to deal with home boy's complaints Cleanliness of the restaurant: sparkling ✨ Accessibility: wheel chair ramp (the kind that just goes up the side of the sidewalk, not a full 20 foot ramp or whatever) Location: near the outlets but not in the middle of them, so perfect to me! Special dietary options: honestly didn't check, I'll check next time. Like or question this so I'll remember...
Read moreOn outbacks website I used their wait list option and scheduled a table on 3/1/25. I was informed on their website that this was not a reservation. We did get seated within 10 min of our arrival which was nice considering how busy they were. However this waitlist option they give is somewhat confusing when they specifically say it's not a reservation. Not sure what the difference is between joining a waitlist and making a reservation tbh. As mentioned we were seated within 10 min of our arrival and they were very busy so I'm assuming it helped get us a table quicker than if we could have just walked in. Our server did a good job. She was attentive to what we needed and did a relativity good job given they were so busy. I ordered the porkchops with a loaded baked potatoe and asparagus as my sides. It took about 30 minutes to get our food and when my porkchops arrived I cut into them and they were still pink on the inside and we're luke warm. I called our server over and I didn't even have to tell her the porkchops weren't done as she noticed right away and said "oh those are definitely not done". She took them back and a they made me a new plate of food which were brought to me by the manager hot and completely cooked. It took about another 10 min to get my food. The manager apologized and asked me if I could check them to verify they were done to my liking. Overall the food was good 4/5. Service was great 5/5. Atmosphere was good 4/5. Our meal with tip was $95 for two but that included an appetizer and a adult beverage. No discounts were given for the mild inconvenience for having to return my uncooked porkchops. Not the end of the world but wanted to mention it. Overall a decent experience. One odd thing I encountered when placing my porkchops order was that the server asked me how I wanted the porkchops cooked. I was kind of confused because I've only eaten porkchops that were thoroughly cooked. When I expressed my confusion to our server she told us that it is part of their ordering system and she has to ask and input it in her computer. Maybe I've been living under a rock but is it acceptable to eat pork that's not cooked thoroughly? I did tell her I wanted it well done but it still showed up with blood in the porkchops. Overall satisfied with our visit and will return to this location...
Read moreMy fiance and I ate here on Veterans Day. It was a Saturday night and crowded. We chose the "get your seat in advance "option available online, to be told when got our wait would still be 25 minutes vs. 55 minutes, I suppose that was a plus. While we waited, we noticed that Outback had set a table for Veterans Day. In observance of this, no one is to touch this table until end of day. People were leaning on it, using it to place their menus, handbags on it. At one point, a waitress took the chair away to put at a table for guests. We were sat in the bar area were there are tables for guests, which we have never had an issue with at any other restaurant we have ever been to. We ordered our food and then began noticing that people that had no seats at the bar began gathering around the bar and other places near the bar. The wait staff had difficulty getting around to tables but no one said a word to all these people. I finally asked our waitress what was going on and she told us that it had been an issue since Covid started and people had actually fought over bar seats, and the manager was too scared to say anything to anyone. We finished our meal which was decent but not great like other Outback restaurants we've been too. We ordered our dessert to go. After waiting 20 minutes for our dessert I was done. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was on the line cooking. I told our waitress to pull him off the line. He came out, I explained our issue with the Veterans table, as my fiancé is a veteran, the unacceptable people hanging over you while trying to eat in the bar area, and the unacceptable 20 min wait for a to go dessert. He apologized and gave us our meal free. We did not ask a free meal and would have happily paid. The point is, this particular Outback has major issues and needs help. We did tip our waitress because she was doing the very best she could and I do not fault her at all. If you go to this one, be prepared to wait. Ask not to be sat in the bar area. You should...
