Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Smithfield

I live in Selma North Carolina not too far from the outlet I have several stores that are my favorite and Polo just happens to be one of them I get emails from you guys with great discounts and coupons on them all the time well I shot with you guys on tonight the young man that run me up was very helpful and kind I really appreciate that but there was another cashier that seem to have had an attitude the entire time I was in the store I did ask her to help me find a pair of jeans for my size and she did that but when I got ready to check out with the young man I live in Selma North Carolina not too far from the outlet I have several stores that are my favorite and pollo just happens to be one of them I get emails from you guys with great discount and coupon on them all the time well I shot with you guys on tonight so young man that drunk me up was very helpful and kind I really appreciate that but there was another cashier that seem to have had an attitude the entire time I was in the store I did ask her to help me find a pair of jeans for my size and she did that but when I got ready to check out with the young man I did one transaction and I saw something else that I like I asked him if I would be able to use my coupon on the items that I found after my first transaction and he said yes well once he wronged me up she turns to him and tells him don't do that again I asked her what she the manager or the supervisor she said no so that means she's just another clerk also why would you tell him that he specially in front of me because that means without me purchasing the other items that I did Polo would have lost money I think someone in management needs to talk to her and at least let her know she should have a smile with each and every customers and not be rude her name...

Omg where do I start 😳 yesterday was the most horrible experience I have ever had I was followed around the store as if I were stealing when I finally got to the registers got check out it was if they were upset that I didn't run out with my stuff they were very defensive and more importantly the manager was rude beyond words I spent well over a 1000 bucks in that store yesterday.... it started with the cashier (team lead)saying I couldn't use my 30% off coupons with there promotions coupon which is not true 🤔 then I also had a coupon for 10 bucks off every 50 I spent.... long story short after they embarrassed me to the point of no return Makin me feel less I polity ask for the manager name which was Stacy and the team leader who was ringing me up Alex left all my things at register went to my car sat in parking lot and cried my eyes out I have never been racial profiled before or stereotyped like that before I called customer service to make a complaint went back in purchase ALL 1000 WORTH OF CLOTHING and left needles to say I will not be visiting Caroline outlets in Smithfield NC...

This is MY FAVORITE place to shop! They have awesome deals, great coupons and friendly associates!....update 2024...this is the FIRST time I've ever gone to this outlet and not felt welcomed. What happened to the crew you had before? The folks in there now only care about leaning and talking. NOBODY asked me if I needed help at all. And they were leaning on the clearance rack chatting it up. I had to say EXCUSE ME so I could look. This would NEVER happen with the old crew. I know faces but not names but they were very active with customers. I asked an associate if I could use my 30% off coupon instead of the sale. He nodded at me. Like..what?? I thought Mebane was bad, but yall have them beat. Bring back the folks who care about the brand and...
