Decided to give this location a second chance after disaster the last time we went. My daughter put in an online order 15 mins prior to arriving. when we went to pick it up it was going to be another 15 minutes so decided to order additional items while we were waiting. I was told they were not make slushies so I had to choose something else we ordered a fountain drink, milkshake and cheese curds.15 mins later I had to go back up and ask where the food was the girl that took the order seemed confused like I didn't order it and then had to ask multiple people that all seem confused and told me that he was just now dropping them there was two other people in this location so a bit weird. 30 minutes later the cheese curds finally come out. my daughter I just gotten her mobile order, it was one meal and three blizzards however two blizzards were missing. she ordered extra ala cart gravy they told her they didn't have any they couldn't substitute with anything and they also couldn't give her a refund. They tried to tell her that they did not have an order for her blizzards yet they got the other items on the ticket? she had to prove to them through the mobile app she did in fact place it and one of them still came out made wrong. If it was busy or short staffed I would get it however there were four girls three of which were kind of just walking around one was trying to be polite and helpful and I assume they only had one cook in the back, they kept talking about a guy which we saw go to the bathroom and come out smelling like cigarettes and weed and it was taking forever for the food to get made. There were only a few ppl in the restaurant. A couple beside us waited 25 minutes for an order of fries. The tables were dirty. No one wiped any thing down while we were there. Honestly it just seems like this location needs help across the board. Not worth the $50 spent. It's a shame it's it's been a bad experience the past few times we went in there because this is the only DQ location close to us. Regardless we won't...
Read morePlaced an online order on 10/22. The app said my order would be ready at 1:02pm so I walked in at that time. Upon walking in, I looked in the freezer to see if my order was ready, it was not. No big deal. After waiting a few minutes by the counter, I leaned over a little to see the older woman employee sitting on a chair just scrolling on her phone - did not acknowledge that she had a customer and like my I stated, my order was NOT made. I finally said “Excuse me ma’am” and of course after a huff and puff from the employee, she walked over and I politely let her know I had placed a mobile order. The older lady employee looked at the screen and said “Well there’s nothing up here”. I had by then pulled up the app to show my order and showed her. Again I was told “Well I didn’t get anything”. After pulling MANY receipts from her machine, of course she found my order. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and me having to wait even longer, I was told “well now you’re just going to have to wait” (very rudely I must add)— I had zero issues with having to wait nor that my order was not ready when the app said it would be. I do however have an issue that I was greeted off the bat with attitude from an employee who wasn’t doing her job. There was only one other couple in the building, they already had their food so it wasn’t because they were busy. Zero reason for bad attitude and lack of attention — Your employees are the face of your business. If they can’t handle their job/don’t like their job, they need another job! Bad attitude steers customers away. Again I had zero issues waiting, but I didn’t deserve the employee being rude. If this older lady is there next time, I WILL NOT order from this place. Can’t really mess up the icecream so can’t complain about the food — However, there’s a major complaint about...
Read moreIf I could put less than one star I would. I work in the outlets where this DQ is located, and on some occasions where the weather is not drive able, I come here for a last resort. Both times (which might I add has only been twice), I went into this store to find an older Caucasian woman with a pixie cut handling the food in an unsanitary manner. First, I ordered a small fry and she had a glove on one hand with the other bare and she opened the bag with the gloves hand and placed my small fry in the bag with her fully exposed hand on my food. I then continued to ask her to prepare a new fry seeing as the one she first serve was CLEARLY compromised. She stuttered like she was shocked that I wanted her to handle it properly and then prepared my food behind a wall. This incident happened during the peak of COVID also might I add. Now the most current, happened right now as I was planning to take a lunch due to the obvious spring showers. I walked a few stores down to buy (might I add again) LAST RESORT food. I am standing about five people back in line, and the SAME women was handling the fry station with lack of proper sanitary precautions. I watched her pull fries out of the oil, and then spread the fries on the tray with her bare hands YET AGAIN.
Im not the type to be a Karen and report workers but with working with food it’s common sense. AND I also want to add I am currently rocking with a vending machine cookie and soda for lunch so I’m quite irked. I believe she is a manager so to get her the proper training...
