Went in to get an item - the sales person told me that she didn’t know if they carried the item that she was new. So I left and went to find the item elsewhere. I my item back to this store to get it personalized. The sales person who has been on the job for a short time could not answer simple questions about pricing and turn around. Could not tell me if the item could be done. I was told the owner was out of town and that she couldn’t find me an answer. She didn’t know who was working and when they would be there to give me an answer. The number to the store is the owners cell phone. When the owner of the store picked up, she told me she was on vacation and would get back to me next week. All good and well, but I should have been pointed to the store employee.
