THE WROST.
The phone number rings and when you choose a “guest services” option, or ANY option for that matter, you’re hung up on.
I applied for a Target Red Debjt, was told it was a Debit Card... yet every purchase takes near 1 week to appear as pending to my bank. It’s really difficult to keep track of, and I have had multiple overdraft fees resulting from a returned item I was told would credit immediately if I was looking to do an exchange. THAT WAS FALSE. I have over $136 in bank fees resulting from this inaccurate statement, and no one will take the blame. I should have been told “No, these funds will not be available immediately so if you’re looking to make an exchange then we would suggest a merchandise credit so you can have those funds right away for today’s purchase.” When I noticed the fees, I immediately reached out to target and after being on the phone for 3 hours with customer services and even communicating with them that the store number does NOT work, all I got was a “Wr are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.”
DO NOT APPLY FOR A TARGET DEBIT CARD. I never got the promotional offer for the $ off amount on a future purchase and have lost so much money the 5% is not even worth the thought anymore.

   Read moreEveryone that was a male in this target was rude. I simply place an order online for curbside pickup. Every item in my order was cancelled with the exception of 1 item. I asked the young man outside who brought the item to me if he knew why my other items were cancelled he rolled his neck and eyes stating in the rudest way “I don’t know I just bring the items out” and at that moment sent me a email stating per MY request my items were cancelled. I told him I didn’t request my items to be cancelled. He then repeated himself still being rude I told him okay I no longer need your help. I went in the inside of the store and every item I needed was there.. so again why was it initially cancelled? I spoke to the manager Greg who heard me but really wasn’t listening and I could tell he didn’t really care. He told me he would look into it but didn’t ask for any additional information he would need to be able to understand why it wasn’t processed correctly. I also told him how rude the guy was who brought my item out and he stated “oh that’s just the runner” I knew then all of that was a waste. Employees at this target are really not good for the target brand. This location will definitely not get a revisit from me. Worst target I have ever...

I extended on the app and my dil was unable to pick it up the next day. I called and ask the manager Chris (female) at the snellville ga store to please extend one more time and she as a manager of the store was not allowed to? Pitiful customer service! I explained that I had paid for it and they said they would refund my card. I explained I didn’t want a refund but would pick up first thing in the morning. Chris told me that was not possible that it would be returned to stock (last one of course) I asked her to please hold at customer service for me to repurchase in the morning. She either could not or would not. Obviously target isn’t about customers at all. Just about the money they can make on people! Also the very unprofessional Chris female manager said she couldn’t provide her last name when I told her I needed it for a review I would post but instead she quickly hung up the phone on me!
