Van Adams Jewelers is hands down one of the best jewelry stores that Snellville area has to offer. You will never be disappointed with them as not only are they honest, communicative with your needs and wants, but also I feel like they do offer the best for your money. My husband took me here about three years ago on a whim to look at engagement rings. We had zero knowledge about diamonds but Craig, who worked with us at that time, took his time educating us. This is him knowing we were only browsing with no intention of purchasing that day. To us that felt really important because time is money and money is time. We appreciated excellent customer service. On that same day Craig even ordered in two emerald cut stones for us to come back to look at. Of course we did and ended up with one of them. I didn't know at that time how nice that was of him. We have been to other jewelry stores in the area and sadly it is not the same treatment. Well fast forward a year or so my husband wanted to upgrade my emerald cut solitaire to something with a little more of a statement. This time around we were helped by Hazel. She is one of the sweetest sales consultants ever! Again, I never know if I am in the mood to buy or not but she pulled out different settings and bands for me to play around with. We ended up picking out a new setting with a ring jacket. Since then I had bought other pieces. My experience with them had always been super pleasant. If you are in the area and looking for a reliable place to spend your hard earn money, look no farther. No Pressure, Friendly Service

I was nervous upon arrival because I'd not been in the store for many years. I was directed to Don who listened to what I was looking for; a cleaning for my own ring, as well as cleaning and a small repair on some of my late mother's jewelry. He assessed what I had brought in and gave me an estimate. I chose to leave the things to be taken care of.

I received a phone call from Don informing me that the ring I left was in need some some repair. I was given an estimate, that I needed to decline based due to available funds. I was not pressured or cajoled into accepting the repair. A note was made that I would return when the service fit into my budget.

When I came to pick things up, I was amazed by how wonderful it looked. The pieces were transferred into box for safe keeping and I was charged the exact amount I had been expecting.

Conversationally, I was asked if I had a chain for the pendent that had been cleaned. I said I did not. Rather than insisting I look around, Don kindly reminded me that they were there should I ever decide to chose one.

Let me start off by saying Van Adams (VA) was the 2nd jeweler I went to in a string of about 18 different jewelry stores. And they were far and away the best in pretty much every conceivable aspect of the process. I was in search of an engagement ring and no store in a 50 mile radius had what I had in mind on the floor. VA has the ability to make just about anything you can think up, and that’s exactly what they did for me. I probably went into VA 8-10 times and they painstakingly went through every detail of crafting the perfect ring with me. My fiancé and I could NOT be happier with the final outcome. Their customer service was phenomenal, I met just about everyone in the store and conversed with them all. First re-sizing is free (which is great) and they were very quick to get the ring back to us! Overall I would give Van Adams a 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
