Roll It Up Ice Cream Snellville — Restaurant in Snellville

This was my first time here and it was cool to watch them prepare our order. We ordered a Nutty Buddy, S'mores Night, and Coffee Cream. We ordered them just as they are on the menu but would make some adjustments next time. The Nutty Buddy comes with two Reese's cups, peanuts, and pretzels on top. Next time, we'd do without the Reese's. The peanuts and pretzels are perfect additions but the ice cream is pretty sweet so the candy was too much for us and we didn't eat it. The S'mores Night was perfect. The person who ordered it really enjoyed being able to make an actual s'more with the toppings, which included toasted marshmallows. The Coffee Cream was good but there were too many toppings. The person who ordered it said he could get multiple scoops that were toppings only. Our only other critique is that the spoons are a little flimsy for how solid the ice cream is when you first get it. Stronger plastic spoons would be nice. The service was friendly and helpful. I went in tonight and got a cup, half cotton candy half vanilla. Man in red at cashier didn’t greet, didn’t say hi. Nothing. So I proceeded to say what I wanted mind you this is my FIRST time here so I’m not sure what works what doesn’t. So I asked for the half cotton candy half vanilla he wrote that down I give him my card he points to the card reader as in “there it is”. Than the girl who was working tells him right in front of me “ next time we don’t do that” like the half& half I guess… okay? So don’t do it. First time I came in and never again. Worst attitudes and I was about to go off on them. Just disgusting. For her to say that in front of me while I’m standing there I was shook.. my ice cream vanilla had NO SUGAR it was legit sour, it looked so bad when he put the cotton candy and vanilla in the cup was all over the place. This place has officially become my FAVORITE place to get ice cream. The customer service is great, and there's such a pleasant energy every time i walk in. They know what they're talking about when they take my order and if I have any questions, they actually show interest and put effort into making me understand what i want to know. Either they're extremely good actors or they really do care about every customer that comes in the door. And the quality of the product is complete perfection as well. The ice cream is so creamy and the little design things they do are so unique and clever. I've never seen anything like it.
