Normally, I get pretty great service and pretty good drinks. Today though, i ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and instead of it being shaken, you could tell that it was all made in the cup like a latte. The syrup was on the bottom of the cup and you can clearly tell it’s not shaken. I debated with myself for a second about if it was worth going back around and getting it remade, but if im paying $7 for a grande with cold foam, I want to be able to enjoy the cold foam as well as the coffee. When I went back around, whomever was on mic started trying to tell me that the espresso shots are put in the cup first and are just separated or something. How can an espresso shot be seperating in a latte? I then said “is the syrup and the espresso shots not supposed to be shaken (because it’s a shaken espresso???) and she said “I know how to make drinks, girl”. Obviously lazy barista work to make it in the cup, but what really is making me leave a 1 star review is the absolutely awful customer service. If you have a bad attitude and don’t want to do your job correctly, maybe don’t work at Starbucks. Im attaching photos so you can see the difference in the remade drink vs what i originally got. I didn’t pay $7 to mess up the cold foam to mix my own syrup in when its supposed to already come that way.

Drove back hit the drive thru explained that the cream was bad, they said the cream was good, but swapped me out. The coffee they gave me was unmixed and when I stirred it up, guess what, curdled cream. I drove around for the 3rd time and asked for a refund. I get it that "stuff" happens, but I the employees really didn't seem to care, and after 3 tries I would have expected some sort of acknowledgement of an issue. Not the best photo, but this was coffee, liquid sugar and cream. How does this pass the eye test from the barista :)

It’s not even like I order something difficult, it’s just subbing the milk and/or syrup, THATS IT. But the taste is always off when I order here. I ordered a venti mocha cookie crumble, sub regular mocha with white mocha and coconut milk instead of whole. My drink was mostly just blended ice with a SMALL HINT of coffee flavor. No whip cream and no where in my mobile order did I ask to remove it. Paid a little over $7 for shaved ice. RIDICULOUS.

I have patronized this Starbucks as well as several others for years, this Starbucks on Hwy 124/ Ronald Reagan has “THE WORST manager and customer service” Her name is Victoria. I had promised myself a month ago that I would leave a review from the last time I went there and I didn’t. I am doing it now…I will post this in every Starbucks platform possible because she needs to be reprimanded and taught how to treat your customers. If she’s a manager and has direct reports her attitude, lack of customer service and friendliness and negative demeanor to your customers is going to have a negative affect on your bottom line. It’s ridiculous and absurd to be in a customer service industry and not know how to treat people. Every time I have witnessed her at work she is standing around giving other employees bad direction and poor leadership. Now for me to say that I am never going to patronize this location again would be a lie. But what I am going to do is report, review, and repeat until I start seeing some changes and am able to leave a more positive review. What happened : Ordered online, waited patiently for 15 minutes for my order once I walked inside(should have just went to the drive through) asked Victoria specifically for a cup of water, she proceeded to order another associate who was making a drink for a customer(while Victoria was just standing there doing nothing, which is why I asked her in the first place/and I asked POLITELY let me add that) to make me a CUP OF WATER. long story short I never got my water.

Asked to add a drink at the window (before I paid for my order and my food or drink wasn’t even ready) she instructed the lady at the window to tell me that I can’t add it and I need to drive around the drive through AGAIN.

I told her both times I was going to leave a review on her horrible service, so hopefully she reads this and it’s embarrassing for her lack of management, service and problem solving skills to be put on Google for millions of people to see. And it’s sad to see that her name has been mentioned in multiple reviews and nothing has been done to fix it. Starbucks please do better. We ( I’m speaking of behalf of me and my family) spend a lot of money on coffee and bagels and for the service and customer experience to be subpar multiple times in a row is by far the...

This comment is directly for the ignorant victim playing Manager at the Scenic / Ronald Reagan location. Don’t know her name. I believe she’s Mexican.

She will quickly escalate a situation rather resolving it orofessiknalky. She will call the cops on you after messing up your order. And pretend to play victim.

I placed a mobile order 10 mins in advance. Got to the order line and ended up waiting another 20 mins in the long slow line. Now a total of 30 mins. Never complained about the time when I got to the window. They messed up a simple hot quad expresso order, which wasn’t a problem initially. Instead she tells me to get back in line for another 20 mins while she remakes it, ignoring the fact that I told her I was hauling a long trailer in the back of my truck and had wait a very long time already.

Every other location I’ve been to that messed up my order they fixed it quick or sometimes even gave me the drink for free while I waited. This egotistic woman needed to flex to her staff and play victim calls the cops instead. Lying to the police and claimed I yelled at her. Apparently playing victim must be a routine for her when things don’t go her way.

The two officers arrived forced me out of lithe line. Ended up siding with me and felt he would be frustrated too if he waited 30 mins for a drink then was told to get back in line for another 20 mins.

The incident has been escalated to Starbucks corporate office about her. Im told the regional manager will reach out. I will make sure regional or corporate knows her name and stays...

I have been coming to this location for years and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I don't know who are training these children, but their level of customer service wasn't it. I ordered through the mobile app which is how I normally order to avoid any confusion in what I'm requesting. I got to the window to be handed a drink I did not order. I asked the clerk what was this and she said it was on the cup on the ticket. As I was inspecting it, I noticed some black lint around the inside of the lid and said, "I've never seen my beverage this color," and she seemed confused. I asked her was it creme-based because that wasn't what I ordered and she said, "oh I'm sorry, he must've made a mistake because he was new." While waiting for my new drink, they had to refund me for a pastry since the app allowed me to order and they were out. When the cup came with my correct drink, I noticed they used the same exact cup they gave me the incorrect drink in because the same black stuff was there. I even asked the clerk and she confirmed it was indeed the same cup that they used. By this time, I'm annoyed and at no time did they offer anything for my inconveniences. The drive-thru clerk went to speak to someone and he came over to the window with annoyance and told me to drive around and park and they'll bring it out to me. At this point, I don't even trust it or them so I requested a full refund. I did not get my full refund amount and was shorted 80 cents after that...
