This review is well overdue. This dentist office is as good as it gets! The staff, oh my gosh, is superb! From the front desk to the hygienist to the brilliant Dentist, on staff, each person goes out of their way to make you feel special. When I walk in I feel like a superstar! I am greeted with a smile and my needs are attended to in a timely manner. They are focused on your well-being and are professional and kind. I have been a patient for over 10 years and if they move, I am moving with them! My children are also patients and not once have they complained about going to the dentist. After a visit you would have thought they were coming from Six Flags or something ,they were so content! I never had to make them go to the dentist.

When I first walked into the office over 10 years ago, it was after a work accident. It was my first visit and it was around the 4th of July. I had been turned away by numerous Dentist, who were more concerned about getting home for the holidays, even though I had insurance. I was in pain, my mouth was swollen and I was in tears. Do you think that stopped DMD's Patel and Vakharia, nope!

I was welcomed in, treated and was told to call day or night if anything worsened and was given an appt to come back the following week. This happened on a Thursday and they were closed until Monday . They followed up with me before the appt. to make sure I was comfortable. They are still taking care of me and my family to this day. I will never forget their wonderful customer service, throughout my ordeal, I am truly grateful that they stopped and took the time to listen and help. I work in the customer service and have never seen anyone approach customer service the way that they do. Always professional, friendly, caring and kind, but most of all consistent, they treat you like family. They are a blessing to the community. Thank you Parkway Dental. You are appreciated! I was seriously suffering with severe mouth pain, I was searching for a local dental facility that accepted emergency or urgent care patients. I was turned down by a chain dental office because they were "too busy". I googled emergency dental and found Parkway Dental. At first searched the facility was clean and its website was well-maintained and informative. I decided to give them a try, I phoned the office and was greeted by a professional receptionist who obtained all the pertinent information to assess my emergency situation. I was told that I could come into the office immediately. I was relieved and optimistic. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by just how modern and neat the office was. I was even more satisfied with the staff who were waiting on my arrival, it made me feel welcomed vs. burdened. I was given the required paperwork to complete as a new patient (just a few sheets). Moments after arriving, I was whisked to the back to begin my treatment. The staff were warm and welcoming and never seemed bothered by my walk-in. The dentist that performed my miracle was Dr. Vakharia. Talk about a professional, Dr. V was knowledgeable, down to earth and never once chastised me for my situation. The procedure was quick and within a matter of minutes I began feeling better. The staff made sure that I left the office feeling much better than when I arrived, they provided detailed after-care instructions and made sure I felt comfortable returning for a more routine appointment. Dr. Vakharia even reached out to me the very next evening to make sure I was healing and recovering well. I was so impressed with the service provided that I shared my testimony among friends and family. I even convinced my own sister to make an appointment as soon as possible to be proactive with her dental needs. I had dental insurance but Parkway Dental in Snellville, GA charged me out of network prices. I am a young black woman who trusted Parkway Dental to manage their business professionally and with integrity and yet I am highly disappointed. Amber Yancey is the woman I went over my payment plan with consistently to figure out the best way for me to provide the finances. I am not that savvy on dental prices and they had no menu to refer to for services so I believed Amber Yancey was helping me to her best abilities. They have doctors within my network but they gave me an out of network doctor and so came the out of network prices. I wouldn’t have known this until I started receiving collection notices from Parkway Dental and another office they referred me to, to get my wisdom teeth pulled whom is also in question. So I called my insurance Company and all the eggs fell out the basket! So I went by to let them know what I had found out and Amber Yancey told me that she would help me the best she can and that I should know more about my insurance and that it was a privilege for them even to take my insurance She then tells me she’ll talk to whoever and give me a call. A week goes by...nothing so I call and like always whoever was out and blah blah blah and she would talk to her when she got back that day or so. So a couple more days later she calls and was unable to get it written off. So I asked to speak with whoever she spoke with!! I speak with Donna Long and she tells me that I shouldn’t have signed the papers and no she was not writing it off. I responded so you all mislead purposely and I have to pay for it. She acknowledged it and said I’m not writing it off in the worst attitude . I was shocked...blown tf away I know the doctors went over my chart over and over to at least know I was out of network! It’s such a shame but it’s time...it’s time. I’ve called and no one there can help me but I’m not letting this...
