You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for cheap, well… you get a cheap, horrible experience. I needed a haircut for an event and all the other salons in the area were booked. This place had decent reviews so I decided to go. Big mistake! From the start they couldn’t understand what I needed and getho music which was very offensive was blasting from the radio SO LOUD that after a few minutes on the chair it gave me a headache. I asked if this was going to be playing all the time and they said “yes” which means they don’t care about the customer experience and only care about what they want. The haircut was wrong. They didn’t cut it the way I asked. In the end the left side was longer than the right side. My hair was so short already that I didn’t want to stay so they could “fix it.” I will go to a different salon where they know what they’re doing and they care about the customer experience. WOW just WOW! Had such a great experience at Sisters Salon. I wasn't having the greatest day, and another local salon I had an appointment with fell through, so I chose Sisters Salon because they answered the phone right away and took me as a walk in. Maria helped to guide me decide what kind of hair cut I wanted and she did an amazing job. When I came home and walked through the door, my husband said that this is the best haircut I've ever gotten. I also had soooo much fun chatting with Maria. I'm definitely going back. The staff does not listen, has little regard for what you tell them you want, are not friendly and way overpriced. I took my 5 year old in for her first haircut. I told the stylist she wanted bangs and told her absolutely no more than half an inch off. My daughters "bangs" were messed up beyond belief and about 2 inches were taken off. They're also super overpriced and charged me $35 to butcher my childs hair. My sister had a negative experience here a while back but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake.
