For the third time in a week I went through the drive-thru and ordered four chicken tacos with no cheese. But instead I got cheese on the tacos and this time I got four beef tacos with cheese. When I came in to have the order we made and ask for a refund all I got told was they can remake. So they remake them and they put potatoes and a dessert thing in the bag and I can't eat that because of my allergies. So she wasn't listening. Then she gives me an excuse that she wasn't given a management card to do avoid. Because I specifically asked why can't you avoid this order since it's today? Then she walked away from me. Then she came back and tried to open the till and hand me cash. So my question is why is your manager not giving a card to do her most basic functions? Yet she can open the till they have me cash? With no record of how she gave that to me? Then I called the customer service line from your parking lot and had to leave a message and that set me off. I have disabilities I have allergies. I'm taking a chance at eating at your store. And you completely failed the last three times. When I left that store she walked away from me and the other employees were walking past the stare at me. Is this your ideal of good customer service? Is this how you want your customers to be treated? I had to leave the house and come back after a 12-hour work day to have my order corrected. then I went through the drive-thru to simply asked what the manager's name was. Because she wasn't wearing a name tag. And the girl couldn't help me. And couldn't tell me. I will never eat at your establishment again. I'm going to encourage my friends and family is not to. You lost a customer. Because you have no easy way to make it right for me at the end of the day. And I can go to other establishments and not have these issues. I don't think you respect your employees because you don't set them up for success. You don't respect your customers because there's no easy way for a resolution. I don't want extra food. I want my order made right the first time. And when it isn't I want to remake and I want my money back. And if you don't listen to your customers telling you that, why are you in business? Half the time when I would come through the drive-thru the chicken was dry the lettuce was brown and things were generally stale. This is not the best Taco Time to order from anyway. this isn't worth me getting upset over because your employees can't make something right the first time, your management is unhelpful, and simply put your food is below your own company standard of freshness. ... Reading through some of the recent reviews .... I'm not surprised at the lack of freshness and service tonight. I will NEVER eat at this taco time again. Probably never again anyone ever again. Not worth it. I think you need to focus on your business operations and staffing. You have major issues. And now it's going to cost you a customer and the money I regularly spent...
Read moreI wish 0 stars was an option. I've been a customer of this location since it opened in Snohomish. Since its opening, I've gotten home and found something wrong with my order probably 5-7 times. The first few times I assumed they were just working out the kinks of a new business - no problem. The next couple times, I started to think maybe it was my fault for not opening the food and checking before I leave. The last couple times, I realized it's a result of just poor management. Today I went through the drive-thru and was served by Connor. Very nice kid, but we did wait 5-7 minutes for our food. I realized one of the sodas we got was not the kind I ordered, so he replaced it and apologized. No big deal. When we got home, I took a bite out of my taco and realized it was beef and cheese, when I had asked for bean with no cheese due to my dietary restrictions. I was frustrated about having to go back at this point because I don't live close. In the time it took me and my fiance to get back to the restaurant, his soft taco and both of our mexi fries were soggy and cold. When I went inside, I talked to a girl named Maria at the register. Really sweet, but timid and not sure what to do about it. At this point she said they could remake my beef taco, but not the rest of the food. I let her know it was disappointing, and that it wouldn't have been cold if there hadn't been a mistake on the items. I asked to speak to the manager at this point because obviously it wasn't Maria's fault and I could tell she was uncomfortable. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes until Amber finally came out. She was rude immediately and said she would need to get through the entire drive thru line before she could help me. She said I should've waited for my fiance to eat his meal at home before coming back, so that the food wouldn't have gotten cold. Never once did she apologize. I asked for a refund. She went in the back and didn't come back out - she sent Maria to give me the void receipt. This is the last time I'll visit after having the misfortune of meeting who's in charge of running the place. Even the teenage girl at the register had the decency to apologize, and focused on what she could do in the situation. I personally would expect to lose my job if I ever left an upset customer in the lobby for 15 minutes, and then treated them with such blatant disrespect.
Amber was an...
Read moreI love second chances, so I have been back twice since my last review. Both times my order has been 100% correct, and the person running the drive through was kind, and efficient. Yay! I am so grateful! This Taco Time is back on its A game!!
Every time I order here they forget something! The final time was today. When the boy running the drive through handed me the forgotten crisp bean burrito without a bag, un-gloved hand after handling the transaction of the vehicle before me. No apology for me having to run back to get what I paid for. When I reached out to the store to communicate they didn't answer the phone, or reply to my email, just issue a refund.
This used to be the BEST location 6 months ago. The staff was incredible, super friendly, and went the extra mile to make the customer happy. This location has...
