I have lived down the street from this location for 2 years. I have always enjoyed my experience with this location. However my most recent visit on 12/29/16 at around 7:30pm, was by far my GREATEST experience I have ever had with any subway, and in fact is the BEST customer service in a food service industry in general that I have ever experienced. Firstly, the employee named Robbin that works there, made sure to welcome us(my boyfriend and I) in from the moment we walked in. She then noticed that I was very sick and while making our sandwich, suggested peppers and jalapeños and plenty of veggies, she stacked our sadwich with absolutely no dirty looks for the veggies piling out of the sandwich. We basically got everything except pickles and tomatoes! She even offered more veggies just to make sure we were completely satisfied, even though it was already overflowing. She then smiled as we moved onto sauces (4 differents sauces) again no negative looks as I have experienced at other locations. She then made sure to ask if we wanted salt and pepper and suggested vinigar and oil, for my cold. She noticed my boyfriend and I were splitting the sub and offered to put anything different we wanted on 1 half and whatnot. She then individually wrapped the sandwiches and then she says "because I'm a mom, here's some extra napkins for your nose too" It's the little things that can make an experience AMAZING! I genuinely felt as if Robbin, truly cared about me as a person. I didn't even want to leave the house in the first place for being self conscious with my raw and runny nose and man voice galore. Robbin singlehandedly made me forget that I was hidiously sick and made me actually HAPPY that I went to this location! I now look forward to going back and I have NO problem giving my repeat business over and over because of this particular experience! Very...
Read moreMy 16 year old son went in and ordered a sandwich, the woman helping him was extremely rude from the beginning but when he tried to pay with his giftcard she told him their reader was “broken” so he needed to pay cash or card. He couldn’t so he left. I ordered online and went in to pick up, same person told me I had not paid for a drink and chips, so I asked for my receipt which she declined giving me and instead said I could take a bag of chips and tried giving me a cup for a fountain drink. I said I had ordered a Vitamin water and she argued. After showing her in my app and asking for the receipt again, she just turned and walked off.
A week later my son went in again to use his gift card and a nice younger lady was helping him, the older lady that previous told him he couldn’t use his gift card came out and said he had to pay cash and no gift card, their reader was still broken. The girl helping him started to argue with her and that is when the other worker told him to maybe try his giftcard somewhere else.
Worst costumer service ever. While it’s convenient for my son to go before or after practice at the high school, we sadly will...
Read moreWe received coupons for subway yesterday and since I have covid I hadn't plan on anything for my grandson's lunch so I gave him $20.00 and the coupon for 2 foot longs for $12. Vinny told my grandson that only applied to Subway sandwiches like tuna fish or turkey. My grandson was charged over $30 for two Subway sandwiches. And when I found out today what had happened I said come on we're going up to Subway so as we were ordering our sandwiches I showed the guy I had a coupon for 3 for 17.99 I said I am going to get 3 subways and yesterday you charged my grandson $30 for two subpar sandwiches. Vinnie started back peddling and said well he ordered extra cheese and that's $3 more. I said how can you charge $3 more for cheese you can see through it's not .even real cheese. Moral of the story do not go to Subway by Les Schwab. Go to the Subway by Fred Meyer if you're that desperate for a basic submarine sandwich. Better yet go to Jimmy John's right up the street you'll get a much Superior...
