Went there tonight about 9 pm . Went thru drive thru and since it's a single lane like most ended up stuck in line for about 45 minutes before I could exit this place I will never risk wasting my time at again. I like jack in the box but not this one. The, excuse when I made it to order spot was sorry, can you hold for a minute there was a large order and that'was ir. About 10 minutes later I finally was able to place my order to then sit there about 10 more minutes. Finally rolled forward 1 car length and then waited about 15 minutes I finally was able to get my turn at the service window to see no one there to greet me apologize for the wait, nothing in between the order spot and before I got a chance to make it to the pay window a customer behind me got out of there car and went to the pay window to see what's taking so long. Walked back to his car saying employee working was all alone. Fine and good for them for trying by them selves but a manager off any shift if need be should have been called and they should have shown up and make decisions. I dont see any manager being over 45 minutes away yet no one. If employee was alone they should have closed it for the night. I can understand some delay more than normal time frame but waiting stuck in line for 45 minutes, a line you cant get out of, is to much . Never ever will I go to that jack in the box again. No excuse to be stuck in line for 45 minutes. I left and dont know if my food was done or not and really didn't care at that point. Hopefully the owner realizes what kind of management and hiring practices go and step up to fix what ever issue is making a line of customers wait 45 minutes. That's unacceptable. Read moreI work across the complex where the restaurant is. I go there quite frequently for the convenience of just a short jaunt. I have never gotten bad food, bad service, or had an unclean table to sit down at. However, every single time I go in there around 2pm ( my lunch time) I stand in the lobby at the counter for over 5 minutes before they even acknowledge my existence. This time an employee was on break and looked right at me and I was ignored. Then an elderly woman came in barely able to walk and she was ignored as well for over 5 minutes standing by the counter. Oh, after I was acknowledged the service was amazing. The food was hot and delicious, and I witnessed the staff catering to the elderly woman's table so she could remain seated. I enjoy going there for lunch. The staff are amazing when it comes to customer service. I just wish they would pay closer attention to their lobby and counter area. I almost walked out after standing there for six minutes today without even a hello. By the way I was seated with hot food within 4 minutes of them finally greeting me. Fix this one flaw and you'll continue to have this customer stop by bare minimum...
Read moreAte here 3 times over the weekend. The last time being an experiment. The 1st time I ate there I got a stomach ache and diarrhea a few hours later, but didn't put 2 and 2 together. The same thing happened the next day. So the 3rd day I ate there to see if this was my problem, or if it might be something else. I also actually went inside to eat so I could check things out. Some, not all, of the employees looked disheveled, like the just woke up. The interior of the restaurant was dirty. The vinyl on the seat cushions is all cracked and falling apart. The seals on some the windows were obviously cracked, as the windows were fogged in between the panes. The tables and signs are scratched up and dirty with things like dried ketchup, indicating that they tables weren't being cleaned, and the floor was sticky. I didn't check the bathrooms, but it's a no brainer that I won't be going back. And yes I did end up with another bout of stomach aches and diarrhea, even though I only ate about half of my food after...
