Update - Mo was super nice and understanding, made me feel way better and at ease. Will be back tomorrow for that moisturizer! Seems hit or miss with customer service. First time I went here was great and I spent way too much money! Second time some teenage girl acted like I was the worst person she seen today, sucks cause I was ready to buy but when I walk in somewhere and I’m greeted with a sour face, get looked up and down like I’m some gremlin, doesn’t make me wanna spend money there. And then I could feel her eyes on me while I’m in the store. I also noticed she was much nicer to the other customers that came in while I was there. Bad energy, there are other apothecaries and crystal shops that always offer a warm welcome...

So pleased to leave a 5 star review!! The Apothecary isn’t just an amazing place to shop for high quality more natural products. Did you see how it’s also called a Wellness Center? For good reason! They have amazing counselors (been seeing Heather for over a year), Firefly Light Therapy & Frequency scanning (seriously LIFECHANGING for anyone with a health ailment), and PEMF therapy run by Kourtney who is just a wealth of knowledge regarding minerals and supplements. She also does HTMA which I recommend to everyone! I feel so much better after visiting each of these therapies. And I always leave the apothecary with a smile because everyone is just so pleasant to be around....

I have been coming here a few times a year when visiting the area. When I first started coming here, I felt very welcome and at home. Everyone was chill, relaxed, and I always felt comfortable asking for help. I’ve noticed that when I came here recently, the Apothecary didn’t feel the same. It felt more tense and not as much at home. The vibe was just different. The employees looked busy so I felt like it was harder to ask for help, because I didn’t want to interrupt what they were doing. It wasn’t as relaxed as it was before. This store doesn’t feel like a cute snohomish...
