There is nothing special about the thomas the train ride. Like someone said, it's just a normal train with Thomas's head on the front. The train it's self is run down inside. No fans or a/c. I definitely would not recommend getting there early. There are no activities for kids while waiting. Staff members seem clueless, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. We waited in line for over 30 minutes, only for rude parents to cut in front. So their kids could get the best seat. Once you got to the activities, it was chaos. Kids running around, crying and having meltdowns and not wanting to share. It definitely didn't seem like some of the parents were having the best of time. The train runs late. We waited over 20 minutes in the hot sun for the train to take us back. Definitely bring snacks, water, and maybe a portable fan. It was hot when we went and no shade. I did notice they had a tent for nursing moms and a diaper changing area. They have a gift shop while you are waiting for the train. But they have a gift shop once you get to the activities. They have thomas the train balloons, etc .. for your kids to get you to spend more money. There are no price tags on anything until you go pay for it. Overall it was OK day for kids definitely...

While the view of Snoqualmie Falls was pleasant, I felt it was just average. Unfortunately, the condition of the train was subpar, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the ride itself and the overall experience were still quite enjoyable, making it a worthwhile outing for families with young children seeking a...
Read moreI thought it was well organized, but I wish the kids had a few more minutes to look directly at the train engine and his face. Photo op with their backs to him wasn't enough time to actually look at him and listen to what he was saying (and to watch his mouth move). Would've been nice to have people gathered nearer to his face for a bit longer during the...
