We just went here for the first time. Our reason to visit was our friend Steve Olson & his amazing music. We will definitely be back again. The first thing that stands out is the AMAZING service & staff. Big Time shout out to "Annie". Our Mama 91 years old wanted coffee to find out they don't have any. Annie said "I have your back". Crazy she showed up with not just a cup of coffee but every sugar & creamer you could imagine. Still do not know which local restaurant participated in providing our mama 91 year old with coffee. My rating has nothing to do with the food. Everything was delicious. However, the service was lacking. Our initial contact with a server felt super rushed, she was nice, but it felt like she was annoyed. We had bought a bottle of wine an hour and a half into our stay and after a half hour (2 hours into the meal), the manager Tracy came to our table and essentially asked if we’d be able to leave if we were finished because they were super busy. We still had a half of a Bottle of wine left and we were just over it at that point, so we left. 20 minutes later we walk by, and the tables we were sitting at are still empty and there were two new tables open. So it just felt really off. We weren’t rude customers, we continually ordered food. It’s not like we were just sitting there and taking up space and not supporting...

The food looked so good and the reviews were good so we went as a quick lunch today. After ordering (and closing out) at the bar, there was barely any interaction with us, I had to get up and get the water myself in an empty restaurant! 35 minutes later we get 2 barely toasted paninis. The guy that ran them out didn't say a word and ended up spilling half of the chips on the table, pausing only briefly to pick them up with his hands and put them back on the plate. Who does that?!
