I bought the most beautiful lamp for my home at Nativa. Their products are lovely and unusual. But more importantly it was the customer service I got from Claudio that Will make me a loyal customer. I ordered my lamp at the height of the Covid supply shipment problems but Claudio kept me regularly informed about the progress of my order every step. He was consistent, informed and really cared about his customer. It was a more difficult time for customer service representatives as the world was so uncertain. In two of the seams between the wood planks, the (wood filler?) became gummy and wiped off, leaving divots in the table. I contacted customer service for repair and they said they would have to send me a quote for repair, as it was clearly from âabrasive cleaningâ.    Read moreWorst customer service and support ever. We bought a very expensive couch from Nativa. The footrest on one of the sections was bent. It took 4 months to get a replacement part and that part was also broken. Another 2+ months with no followup on 2nd replacement part. Apparently every replacement part has to come from Italy and they send it by slow boat. Throughout this, customer support has been non-existent. They only way to get updated on the status is to call them. They are very good at apologizing, probably because they have a lot of practice.
