Terrible quality of toys. I specifically asked the staff for tough toys and selected 2 based on their recommendations, and my dog ripped through it within 5 minutes (she’s a small, non-aggressive chewer who has never chewed through any other toys). I went to return them within 48 hours of the purchase, and they said they don’t have any policy for this, DESPITE the fact that their staff specifically recommended these. She offered 25% off replacement toys, which is a joke. Why would I want to spend more money on more cheaply made, overpriced toys?I’ve been a loyal customer for years and due to the staff’s poor recommendations and the manager’s lack of any type of customer service or attempt to make this right, I will never shop here again. We stopped in while they were having an adoption event and it was such a great time. Got to pet some puppies and learn about the rescue group, SPOT. A lot of unique brands I’ve never seen before (Buddybelt and Kenyan collars) and the customer service was the best. The ladies were so friendly and you can tell they really love dogs and working there. My dog loves the treats we got and the coconut ball is a hit. Will be back next spring...

LOVE this place! The price can be a little higher than a regular pet store because they curate quality products. But we keep coming back! The manager always has stellar recommendations for treats!
