David has always exemplified the beauty and importance of human connection and caring in any transaction at his Gallery for us. Not only is he a good human, he supports his world-wide network of artists in any way he can. Years ago, our family planned a trip to Bali, Indonesia. David was kind enough to introduce one of his chief wood carvers on the island (we had purchased some of this carver's works) so that our daughter who is an artist on many mediums, could witness the carving process in real-time, in the carver's surroundings. Indeed, we visited this gifted carver and his team. They spoke highly of David and we ended up purchasing a beautiful piece.
