We chose this place to watch Game 1 of the world series. I took the time to come to the place the day before to check if they would have the game and the sound from the broadcast on.

When I walked up to the bartender and asked she responded “of course” like I was crazy for even asking.

Fast forward to tonight, not only did they not have the game on, when we asked, we got an eye roll and they reluctantly, eventually put the game on without the sound. They refused to the game broadcast on stating they only do that for local teams. There was maybe 10-12 people there and no one was watching anything.

To make the best of the situation, I put the game on my phone to listen while we watched. They responded by putting the bar music volume up louder.

We ordered a drink and got the poutine. Server was not kind and the poutine was not poutine. Reheated, frozen shoestring fries and no cheese curds is not poutine. NOT WORTH $18.

Avoid this place. Dishonest, bad service and overpriced bad food.

There are so many other places. Do waste...

Unfortunately, I have to leave another review. Initially we loved the first few visits here! The bartenders are great (Lindsay specifically!!) however, last night when having dinner, a new bartender made a comment about my significant other to the couple next to him. He was waiting for me, and she came up to the couple next to him at the bar, and said to them “he has Tourette’s, I hope that doesn’t bother you”. Firstly, no one has ever said out loud to the employees here, “he has Tourette’s”. We never told anyone. He heard her say it verbatim and was too embarrassed by this to say anything. She was new, never seen her before, don’t know her name. But clearly they need some training around disabilities people possibly have, and how this can negatively affect someone by saying this to the people next to him, clearly within earshot. Very disrespectful of her.

Edit: this issue was professionally handled so well by the owner/managers. We absolutely LOVE coming here, great food, wonderful service. Everyone has been so apologetic and kind about the...

If “meh” was a rating, that’s what I’d give this place. The food was ok. The drinks were not worth the price- specifically the frozen drinks!

And on top of that, they don’t fully honor their own discounts!

I literally had the owner provide me with a few drink tokens during a visit to the Twinsburg location. To our disbelief, when we tried to use them, they didn’t honor them for the full amount of the drinks!! Like, come on, why would the owner give us complimentary drink chips that we could only use for part of a drink? That makes a LOT of sense! 🙄.

So, needless to say, we have no desire to return. There are FAR too many places that are better worth a Friday evening away from the kids. Even for an Irish restaurant, there’s a certain “- House” that has a few convenient locations in the area who do a much better job with both food...
