Tea O’Clock in Solon is a hidden gem for bubble tea lovers! The shop has a welcoming atmosphere with a clean atmosphere. It is a great place to hang out with friends or just relax with a drink. Their menu offers a wide variety of flavors and toppings, all customizable to your preferred sweetness and ice level. The tapioca pearls are always fresh and chewy, and the drinks are consistently well-balanced in flavor. Ran is friendly, helpful, and quick with service! We came here from Toronto for a short visit but this bubble tea shop is definitely the highlight of our trip! Will definitely come back!

Delicious! Every sip filled me with happiness! If you haven't tried Ming’s Bubble Tea Salon, then you’re missing out on the best bubble tea ever! For my first visit, the wonderful server recommended the taro lover milk tea and white peach and lychee fruit tea. Both were so flavorful and delectable in their own ways! And let’s not forget those chewy tapioca pearls that make every sip a delightful adventure! She also recommended I try a bubble waffle and it was warm and amazing! I can’t wait to stop by again!

I love this place but the employees need better training. There's two girls that always get my families orders wrong. They also need to pay better attention to the order that they take. I've been to Ming's twice. They have such a great selection of beverages. Everything I've tried so far has been very good. They are priced very well, especially for the amount you get: great atmosphere and overall good customer service. I will acknowledge that the second time I was there, several young ladies were working. It was obvious that there was some tension between a group of staff and the other young lady working. The young lady who was waiting on us asked another coworker for help and specified what she needed. Instead of helping, the coworker opposed the request and questioned it. The young lady explained what she needed and why, and then the coworker followed up with the request when she realized the young lady was asking on my behalf. I witnessed the one group of girls clustered together working while the young lady worked alone. My heart went out to this young lady who seemed deflated. Managers and owners need to be aware of teammates dynamics and emphasize the importance of maintaining a friendly and supportive workplace...

THis place is straight fire. Eveyrtime i go i get the same thing because i cant get enough. It get a fruit garden with one scoop of mango popping boba and one scoop of lychee jelly. If i could go there everyday i 1000% would but i hvae limited myself to once a week. and idk wha these people are talking about it being too expensive its like 5 bucks for what i get and five bucks a week is literally nothing and im a highschool student working a part time job. i want to thank ethan liu for reccomending this place to me and fueling my addiction. NOT TO MENTION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME. these people are so sweet. anywasy loves this place and would totally give it...
