I ordered an item online from Tiddle E. Winks and had to comment on their great service. The website was easy to navigate, the order form was well laid out and populated some of the information for me. I got a quick email acknowledgement and the product was delivered on time as promised. The customer service in the store is great as well. The owner will help you look for an item even if it's not in the store. Lived in Sonoma since 2017 and finally made my way into this establishment. Was interested in getting some gifts for the kids but glad I didn't. Once I entered the store where the tall Caucasian male staff walked passed me twice, I wasn't greeted at all or asked if I needed help finding anything but couldn't help but over hear him greet the other customers as they were shopping. Thanks for the unpleasant experience definitely won't be returning or telling...

What a fun store. Powell's eat your heart out. Tiddle E. Winks is on the up and up. From candy to vintage toys, this store has a bit of just enough to bring you back to your childhood. In another 20 years or so kids won't even know what half the stuff in this store is all about but hopefully the owners can do their best to keep a part of the fun history alive.
