Really really great! Called last minute Valentine’s Day because the other flowers (Argentinian) didn’t show up. These were as amazing as the Argentinians. I was out of state on travel so had to guess which shop would have what I was looking for. Someone called to follow up after I placed the order online to ensure they understood what my expectations were. I’m very selective about Roses especially since most shops have flowers I would never consider purchasing……These were delivered to a retail location for the recipient and not only was he “speechless” the customers were also mesmerized by their fragrance and beauty. And the resilience of the delivery driver to fight with the AMI traffic to get the delivery there on time with — 2 hour notice? On Valentine’s Day!! Certainly deserves mention for the overall excellence. Purchased 3 dozen long stem roses. Apologize for delay in the appreciation. I ordered a bouquet at 8AM ET for my wife's birthday through fromyouflowers.com. Detalles En Flores was contracted to do the arrangement and deliver the flowers. I payed for expedited delivery so she would get the flowers by 12PM ET. Not only did the flowers not show up by 12PM, the delivery driver called her at 5:00PM ET and said he was almost to her work. She said she would wait for the flowers and they finally arrived at 5:15PM. I called fromyouflowers.com and they refunded my expedited fee plus 10%. I came across this lovely Floral Shop when I was in need of a pretty floral arrangement. It popped up first on Google and so I clicked on it. Glad I did, because not only is their website very pretty, but the owner is extremely friendly! He went over how the delivery works, they take a picture when it's delivered AND you also get an email that included all the details of your delivery and purchase. I love that!
