Horrible night staff doesn’t even come close to explaining my experience this evening 1/29/20. My order was canceled due to a driver not being able to contact me when I received no missed calls or a single voicemail. I was at home and did not receive any calls and was told they needed a gate code. I explained to them that I have never needed to provide a gate code and would have happily put that in the special comments if that was something they required. If they had called I would have also happily given them the gate code. I called more than 5 times and was very polite with staff about my concerns and one put me on hold for the manager and I was hung up on before speaking with him/her. I called back and was told they would send it out complimentary and then I was hung up on again. I called a third time and and asked multiple times for the employees names that tried to contact me so I could speak with the manager. I was told repeatedly there was no manger on staff and that they had texted and called that supposed off duty manger and had no response and proceeded to hang up on me. I called a fourth time and got dispatch and the wonderful woman in dispatch explained to me that I was no longer getting the employees at the store and that they were purposely not answering the calls and that’s why my calls were being redirected to them and told me I should speak with the manger as soon as possible. I originally ordered the pizza because my boyfriend was sick and I was getting called into work and when I found out an hour later the pizza was never delivered and that I had to call and replace the order. Because I got called into work I left in a rush and left my wallet at home and could not reorder. I then called my boyfriend and told him what was happening and he had to go drive to the store and reorder. He asked for the manger at the store and she came upfront and he explained that I was hung up 5 times by an employee working that evening. He left the store with his new placed order and the manager called him back and said they had THREE MANAGERS on that evening including herself and didn’t know who I had spoke to. Read moreI was really looking forward to enjoying a stuffed crust pizza and decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance to prove themselves. And did they improve themselves in a bad way. First pizza I ordered it was swimming in grease. I called and waited 5 mins before someone finally talked to me. I was told to bring back the pizza and I would be given a new one. I showed the pizza to an employee and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I received the new pizza. when I received the pizza and brought it to my car I looked at it and assumed it looked good. As I go to grab the sauce the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. They literally made little cut marks in the crust and that was it. I had asked for extra sauce on my original order and they definitely added EXTRA SAUCE. It was so much sauce that when I went to grab a slice all the topping fell off. At this point I ate a few slices not even whole slices just ended up eating the crust of what I had eaten and then threw it out. I wasn’t trying to go back up to complain about a pizza for a third time because after that it was well after 7:30 and I didn’t to keep driving back and forth for a pizza that could possibly be wrong again. I called the next day and spoke with the “store manager”. Let’s just say he didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I said I threw the pizza out and had clear pictures of what the pizza looked like as proof that they didn’t even cut the pizza. He told me.I wasn’t making sense and if I didn’t have the pizza I cannot be issued a refund. The interaction I had with him was pretty rude. Never thought a store manager would talk to a customer like that expressing that they simply did not want to drive up again to get another pizza remade. I thought I could handle it in the morning because I was exhausted from driving back and forth so much. This is definitely the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut again. I hope for some improvement from this Pizza Hut because some of the staff can be pretty rude including this supposed manager...
Read moreI would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said "I do now want the banana peppers" the person I was talking to said "I'll fix it!" and hung up. Even though I had requested contact-less pick up I went into the store to get my order to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had typed in half pepperoni for one of the pizzas and both of the pizzas had full pepperoni. Someone at the store said it was not on the order, and showed me the receipt which did not specify half pepperoni. I have no idea where my request disappeared to, but I did type it in. I was then offered a credit for the peppers and the extra cheese, and finally a credit for the pizza. I refused and left the store stating that I would find somewhere else to order pizza. I called back later to speak with the manager since the second pizza which had extra cheese added was under-cooked and cold. I was not offered any other incentive to return to the store and when I said I would be giving a bad review there was no concern from the manager and a very flippant attitude. I would also like to mention that the garlic Parmesan wings that were ordered and received were covered with cold garlic butter with Parmesan cheese mixed in and were not tossed as wings should be. There was just a clump of butter on top of the wings. As I said before, I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend...
