Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in South Bradenton

As always Chic-fil-A runs a tight ship. Employees are polite, food is ready fast, locations are clean. Never have the problem of standing around waiting for customer service. Only negative thing I could think of to say about Chick-fil-A with it not just being exclusive to this location. I think they must have some company policy to be stingy with the sauces. Please loosen up on the Polynesian Sauces. I have a 10-year-old kid & I'm a grown man of average size. I can't remember the last time I went to Chick-fil-A and received enough sauces. Not to mention from the original order I always politely ask for extra mentioning we also use them on the fries. I understand their technically originally designated just for the chicken nuggets. Anyways I usually receive 4 sauces after asking for extra. If I don't ask for extras they will give out 3. My daughter alone easily goes through two of them. With Chic-fil-A being known for going above & beyond for a fast food restaurant, I just never understood the stinginess with the sauces. I could understand if I was asking for a unreasonable amount but it just never made sense to me. If I were the only one I knew who had this opinion I understand but I'm not. I just don't see the reasoning behind going above & beyond with customer service but then making it inconvenient for the employees and the customers by having to go ask for more sauces. Also with it being a business it seems it would be more efficient to just give the customer set amounts for if a person asks for extra or not Etc. Time is money & I imagine it costs more for an employee to have to go out of their way to get more sauces than to just get it right the first time. This is the only chic fil a I’ve had a problem with. I come here for business once in a while and this is the third time I’ve had an issue but my first review. I placed an order and the associate repeated it back correctly but when I got back to work it was missing a sandwich which was not even entered into the register. So she wasn’t really reading it back to me. I called and was told to come back. Well I’m at work and it’s not that convenient to just leave. I was told to have a good day. I called back to say I would be in after work but the line was so staticky and then someone yelled to call back. I gave up but then they called me. I told them I would come after work and I got a very smart remark that I got what I paid for and I would have to pay for the extra sandwich even though they made the mistake. She said it didn’t matter and she didn’t care. No apology or anything close to one. Now, the lady that took my order was Tina, and I spoke on the phone to Erin and Shelby or Shelly...hard to tell with the static. This is suppose to be a company with Christian values and great customer service and it is, at a different location. I will be going back. We will be going back. We will speak to a manager. This review is a bit late but still worthy of writing!! As a Christmas gesture to my co workers I wanted to get them breakfast treat.But needed it the following morning for 30 boxes of the 4 chicken minis and an orange juice. The manager on duty was very helpful and understanding of what I needed.GREAT JOB !!!!! Everything was ready to go for the next morning at 7:30 as promised!!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!! I have been coming to this location for well over two years. I finally decided to join their rewards club this past March(2022) By December I have accumulated over 35,000 Points.From all my online orders I have only had 2 occasions of my order being filled incomplete, once missing a cookie and once got a small fries not the large as ordered.after calling to let them know they made it right. (Thank you) I’ll say one thing when you see that long line stretching around don’t let that discourage you they get you through very quickly for the amount of people coming through.They really must have a great job training program!! On a much smaller line at that Mc place down the street, have spent more time waiting in the drive through. I really could go on about my many other experiences here but I’m sure you get my drift.
