Hooters — Restaurant in South Bradenton

I ordered from uber eats 20 wings and spent 40.00 . I come to hooters once a week and just spent over 200.00 there the day before last . We ordered medium sauce wings and celery and blue cheese they gave me 3 tiny celery sticks and the wings were not tossed and just laying in oil and butter . I call down there and talked to kassandra she said I’m sorry I don’t see your order. I said please check because it was ordered an hour ago, she said sorry it’s not here .I said well I have both receipts I can email you or bring down there I just want my wings tossed in medium buffalo sauce .she said one second a manager got on the phone he was very rude to me and my wife .. his name is MATT ,he said you have to take it up with uber and tell them your order is wrong .I said I tried to and they said they can’t do anything about it , then he said well no you didn’t because that’s not how they take care of things basically calling me a liar I said I just want my wings fixed I’ll come down there bring them show receipts also I can email pictures and whatever you need .. he said well I don’t now what to tell you because that’s very odd to not have your Order here I have everyone else’s from uber so must be something wrong because I’ve never seen that in my life .So that’s twice he called me a liar . I’m beyond pissed off . I will never give this place business again . I’ve been in management my whole life I don’t even know how this guy has this title . He offered me not one solution or even apologized nothing . I also will be calling corporate .I usually don’t go that far but it’s the way it was handled and how he insulted me with basically calling me a liar when in reality they are the ones that were lying ,there’s no way they can’t find the order from an hour ago or with the order number and name . So with tip I payed around 50 dollars for wings I didn’t even eat and to be called a liar that makes me feel great . Spent Over $300.00 in a week there and will be my last dollar spent there at...

We make it a habit to stop at all new Hooters we haven't visited. Upon arrival I told the waitress if she had a table for 9 and she responded yes go ahead and sit so we did. We chose to sit outside and the waitress was upset and extremely rude so I went inside and asked another waitress if we could come inside and get a table and she responded yes all these are mine and are open and again I said its 9 of us so we will need two tables and she said no problem. As I sat down I felt someone staring at me but i thought it was a guy that had one too many beers and when my 15 year old son came in he saw my face so I told him that guy is creeping me out hes just staring and when my son looked sure enough he immediately saw the guy and he rushes to us and says we cant serve you guys. I said excuse me? He said yeah no we can't serve you, at that time it was just us two and I said why not I asked the waitress she said it was fine he then responded we are going to close I said yes I understand that's why I asked if it was okay because it was 930pm and they said yes and he said No No we can't! So I said okay that's fine we are leaving, so to avoid my other family from being humiliated I start to walk and he speed walks to the door to not let then in!! This was so inappropriate from the manager a few waitress and a Bartender were staring at us because it seemed that they knew it was wrong and I'm sure couldn't believe him. I really hope someone puts this Manager in his place because he doesn't deserve to...

it all depends on whos the given manager??? whos the given servers??? the kitchen, the kitchen staff & the food has of late ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD!!! NO COMPLAINTS AS TO THAT GIVEN AREA... im been a patron here since the first day it opened!!! had good & acceptable times, had most unacceptable times. currently the general manager is THE VERY BEST THAT HAS BEEN HERE!!! BAR NONE... as for his superior well cant say much possitive, as for his two managers could not say anything at all good, positive or acceptable as to either of them... the servers are allowed to refuse service to whom they choose not to serve & ive been there for hours sometimes an had no one speak to me??? the general manager always speaks to me cordialy an converses as he can!!! the niether of the managers EVER!!! speak to me, acknowledge me at all... an have done things to envoke others to ignore me & not speak to me at all... this i do know cause several of the servers have told me of as they have been instructed to do by me from the two managers!!! why do i go there??? i like the food!!! some of the servers, the perifferal staff, the kitchen staff ( as ive all ready stated the quality of my food ) are SO VERY NICE!!!
