From the moment we inquired about Christophe’s catering services, his responsiveness via email, and willingness to hop on a phone call for further clarification or to answer questions, was impecable; 10/10 would recommend. Christophe worked with my husband and I to curate our Vermont summer catering menu providing local suggestions, gentle pushback on ideas, and exquisite food expertise, to ensure our menu captured what we had envisioned for our wedding day buffet and dessert selections. Our passed apps, charcuterie and cheese stations, plated salad and buffet service for 107 guests went off smoothly and without any hiccups. Christophe and his entire day of team, were professional, kind and friendly to guests, efficient and attentive to ensure the buffet was fully stocked, and so friendly that they became a part of our memory for the day; 10/10 would recommend. Our daughter’s reception at The Skinner Barn, in Waitsfield, VT on 7/2, was a wonderfully beautiful and memorable occasion.

Poze catering provided the perfect food! It was delicious and elegantly prepared and served, The waitstaff was professional and ample. Passed and stationary appetizers started the celebration, they were well timed, delightfully tasty and perfectly served. Christophe was beyond helpful with his knowledge and his experience in selecting the perfect choices from appetizers to dessert! His longtime working colleague and wedding planner Kristina Machanic was also instrumental and helped organize the wedding reception in tandem with Christophe.
