Would give ZERO stars if I were allowed. We went in just to try the beds, ended up staying 2 hours. Salesperson Ryan told us the sale price for the bed we were mildly interested in was only going on for that day, but that he could hold the bed for 60 days at that price which would give us time to consider whether we really wanted it or not. We agreed to hold it. He told us that should we decide to go ahead and order or cancel the bed, we should call him first because it would be faster than calling customer service. It's been 4 days and my husband got an email that our bed shipped, much to our surprise. He called the store and surprise, Ryan is away on vacation and the person with whom he spoke said they cannot help us in the store and we need to call customer service. He was able to cancel the bed through customer service but other items have apparently already shipped so now we need to refuse delivery and/or have to get the shipments back to UPS within 3 days or risk being charged. On top of all of these lies Ryan told us in order to make a sale, the website clearly shows the deal he said was only lasting one day goes until MAY. It's pretty awful to lie to customers but especially stupid to do it when your website shows you are lying.

Read moreThe staff here are extremely personable and really love the beds they are selling. They both know when you want input and when to just leave you alone to try out the beds, and I do mean try them out! They encourage you to try the different models, different pillows, different Sleep Numbers, and they will leave you to it and will nudge you in the right direction if you ask. They didn't just take me to the most expensive bed within my budget, but listened to my problems and recommened their more middle of the road beds, because the extra foam on the pricer ones would have hurt more than helped. They also didn't discriminate against me, a 6'1" 285 lbs man who has back problems from years of working a deli and sleeping on a bad bed like some places have done before.
If you are thinking about a new bed, try it out. The worst that will happen is you'll decide its not for you.
Edit: I forgot to mention that Jason, the sales person I worked with, made sure to call me after I had a week on the bed to see how I was doing and offer advice if I needed any, and also asked if it was alright to reach out again in a month to touch base again....

Asking clarifying questions seems to be something that warrants condescending behavior from Richard. He got annoyed that my husband wanted to try more than his two recommended mattresses, and kept talking in circles when we asked specific questions. As soon as we seemed to hesitate and talk about going over the numbers together at home, he became impatient and dropped all pretense of a pleasant interaction. Immediately pressured us to buy now, and when that didn’t work, became completely disinterested in any further communication. Didn’t even say goodbye as we left. Honestly, from the answers we were able to get from him, this seems like a glorified air mattress with a bunch of add ons that you can achieve through the use of an Apple Watch and a memory foam...
