Our business ordered a chair from here in June of 2021. When I had heard nothing by October I phoned and was told that it was backordered. Rest assured, they said, we will be in touch the moment it's here. Fast forward to May 2022, I call to check the status and they report they have no recollection of the order and have no idea what I'm talking about. I email our invoice and credit card statement with the charge for the chair and suddenly they remember and the chair is there and ready for me, but to deliver it costs double the price it did last year, even though they never contacted us to say the chair was ready and appear to be so negligent and/or disorganized that they don't care. I was just about to call today to go pick them up when Nancy called me to say that she "sensed I was about to call" and, as she was out and about on deliveries, wouldn't be at the store for me to pick them up.
