At this point I must say the hours are extremely unreliable. On the days they say they’re open 24/7 I don’t even know what they mean by that because simply put they are not. And there has been at least 3 times now that I’ve shown up at 8am and they weren’t open for at least 30 mins. As I write this today it is 9:30am and they are still not open. Their selection is maybe slightly above average and their prices are competitive. I wouldn’t have much bad to say about their employees from a customer service/ attitude standpoint, but they clearly have a problem with showing up on time. Additionally I recently enrolled in their points program and have been noticing that I only receive my points about half the time I go in. Sometimes I think they forget to ask which is a mutual issue, however some of the times I think I have given it and they still didn’t upload the points.

I was a regular at this place. All of the managers and people behind the counter have always been super nice. This one in guy particular from yesterday was an absolute jerk. my other female friend and I went to buy some flower, showed 2 ids but he was persistent that we show a Florida id. We agreed with him on the fact that we should all comply with the rules but told him we were new to Florida and could show our passports. Mind you we’re 25 years old but were ready to follow protocol just because he claimed to have had a fine imposed a few days ago. I believe a passport is a much stronger form of an ID and he should have allowed it. He rather got into an argument with 2 girls unnecessarily, mocking us that “I will give you the number of the governor, talk to him about the law” and completely shunned us down to call the next customer.
