The reason I am writing this review is because I want to help other customers who are undetermined where to send their TESLA for repair. I am delighted to share my experience with European Collision for those who are seeking a glowing reference.

Living in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, US, there were no qualified auto body shops nor Tesla repair centers in the area, and it was looking like it would be difficult to get the repair completed. If we were to get it done, we would have to jump through many hoops such as; ship the TESLA from port to port, get it transferred to a car shop and remotely get a quote by email or phone.

I had randomly contacted several Tesla recommended body shops until I struck a gold with European Collision, as they turned out to be the most helpful. Since I couldn’t be in Miami to oversee the process, European Collision provided me with full services which included; arranging a tow and multiple communications with me supplemented with pictures before issuing a detailed quote. As soon as they got the parts from Tesla, they completed the repair in record time and the repair they provided was very thorough. When they called me to say that the car was ready for pick up, they had; repaired all dents, repaired some damage to the suspensions, performed an update, replaced the 9V batteries and had arranged to transport my car to TESLA MIAMI center on my request. The entire experience was completely stress-free, and I was very happy with the price.

I also feel it is worth it to mention that the person who inspired me to write this review is my contact at European Collision, Yves Sinson. He acted as an agent between the company and myself all the while ensuring my car got repaired to my upmost satisfaction. I am very grateful to him and his company.

This review is a revision to my previous experience which I consider excellent given the great job done my the owners of European Collision Center! I have kept my original review below for transparency but know my experience was definitely changed a whole 360 degrees!

The day I left the review within hours I had the OWNER, reach out to me. He apologized for the issues I had and explained that Teslas have been hard to adjust to, and parts take a long time to be shipped to them leading to delays! He explained how he was going to fix the issues I had pointed out with the repairs and even went to the extent of fixing something the insurance company had not approved in the claim at their cost. The Owner of this place is as real as it gets, a genuine person looking to help you and I consider my initial experience to be an outlier. They care deeply about their clients and their business. I have given them additional repairs to other vehicles I have as a token of my appreciation for the Owners follow up.

———————//////////// Probably the worst experience I have had since owning a car. I came out here 9/29/2022 to have my Tesla Repaired for damage on the rear right side of the car. Today 01/18/2023 is when my car is ready. I had to call this place week over week to get an update, upon calling they would say my handler (person dealing with my vehicle) was always busy and they had to relay messages on his behalf. He called me 2 times over the over 3 months they had my car in repair. Service here is just terrible which is unfortunate. There is very little transparency and follow up. I came in to pick up my car and someone random said they had my same experience. Upon checking the car there were blemishes all over from the paint job and also still scratches all over the rear light of the car. The siding in the whole trunk is loose and coming off. I recently took my car to European Collision Center for repair of a damaged carbon fiber rear diffuser and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly and dedicated to providing excellent service. But, I have to give a special shout out to one individual in particular, Yves. He was truly exceptional.

Yves was very knowledgeable about the repair process and went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done to my complete satisfaction. He was very helpful in explaining the repair process and kept me updated throughout. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the final product.

The repair itself was of the highest quality and I was amazed at how seamlessly the new diffuser blended in with the rest of the car. The attention to detail and the precision of the work was evident, and I was extremely pleased with the final result.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this auto body shop to anyone in need of repairs. They truly exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for the excellent service I received, especially from Yves.
