My fiance and I bought a bed set on October 10th which was a queen size mattress and a platform bed frame. We were told the mattress was in stock and could leave with it however the platform bed frame was out of stock but could have it in store for pickup in 4-6 weeks. We patiently waited the 6 weeks (11-21-2020) without hearing any updates, we called in and was told it would be available next week due to backed up shipping from their warehouse. Understandable with the whole covid situation going on right now. Along comes the next week, still no updates or calls, so again we called in just to be told it arrived in the warehouse and should be in store by the beginning of the week (11-23-2020). Again, we understood so we waited until that Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday come and go so we call in on Thursday. We get told they aren't sure what happened but it's still not available but should be in next week. Working on week 8 now and still isn't in for us to pick up. Fast forward to Saturday 12-26-2020, and still no word or update. Highly irritated at this point I call on Sunday 12-26-2020 to be told that it was in and we would get the bed frame either by the end of day Monday if not then, we could pick it up first thing in the morning and this was allegedly backed by an email. I come on today expecting to leave with the bedframe and am told that they aren't sure why I was told this and it's still not in. But I will be able to pick it up this Friday for sure. 11 1/2 weeks later we're out of patience and ask for a refund and am handed a card that has an email on it that we have to message and wait another 24-48 hours before we get a response regarding whether we will even get a refund or just a discount. If we get a refund we will then have to wait for it to come in the mail. I was pleased at first with the friendly staff but after the back and forth constant lies and waiting twice as long as we were told to begin with. Its only been almost 4 years and the matress is falling apart. It feels like the springs are almost coming through and is not supportive at all. Its actually given my husband and i more problems than sleeping on the couch. (Which by the way we have resorted to, its more comfortable sad to say.) It gets worse..when we thought our purchase was a great deal we went back to look at a kitchen dining set. We found a model for $199 and made a payment of $75 because thats what we could afford. We decided we wanted to down grade to a $99 dollar set and asked them if they could simply transfer the $75 and we were going to pay the rest out of pocket right then and there to own it. They said they could transfer the balance but they had no recollection of our account or us even paying. Really? The owner then handed us a card to go through customer service. I was pretty peeved about the whole experience so I left flustered. We dont even make it out of the parking lot and the owner is calling my husbands cell begging and pleading they are a family business and would never do that and that we needed to follow the instructions given and to not give a bad review. I purchased a loveseat, mattress, and a gray 7 piece bedroom set. When the furniture was delivered they brought a brown bedroom set instead of gray. They still demanded we pay the $180 delivery and assembly fee and agreed to re-deliver the correct color on the next delivery day. Then the day comes and they can no longer deliver the furniture as promised. They tell me they will do me a favor and bring it on a Saturday even though they only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. A favor? Really?! Finally the correct color furniture is delivered and when I go to set my new bed up I discover that the queen sheets I had purchased and laundered are too small for my new queen mattress and I now have to purchase "deep pocket" queen sheets. That sure would have been nice to know in the store. Overall I experienced one inconvenience after another from this business and not ONCE did any sales associate or manager try to make it right. My family and I were treated very rudely by the management when we voiced our concerns and they did absolutely NOTHING to help. Bottom line: do NOT spend your money here and if you do, you better hope you don't have any issues with your purchase because you can kiss it goodbye!
