Came to SPI to have a memorable afternoon and decided to buy sweaters. Paid over $100 for everything. I put this sweater on and the sleeve tears. Not even an hour after purchasing it. I return back to the store and politely ask if I could exchange the item for the exact same one.. same style.. same size.. even if the lettering was not on it, I would accept the exchange. The employee went to ask her manager and when she (the manager) returned to me, she let me know she could not help me. With the receipt, time stamp, and tag in hand.. she would not budge on an even exchange. She continued to let me know that it was my fault this happened and they “absolutely” do not sell defective items (which I never stated). I asked once more if she would be willing to exchange and she was more than disrespectful and unkind and let me know she could not. This will be the last time I come to this establishment. I’ve rented from Mirage before- 4 days for around $400. So imagine my surprise when this trip they quoted me over $700 for the same 4-seater cart. I asked if maybe they had upgraded carts or changed their offerings, but nope, staff said they were still using spring break pricing in the off-season, mind you this was mid July. Absolutely ridiculous.
To make it worse, customer service was indifferent at best. No explanation, no effort, just bad vibes all around. I walked across the street and got a better deal and way better service within minutes. For half the price I got a 6-seater cart.
Prices like this are a perfect example of how the island needs a wake-up call. Mirage has the worst prices and poor customer service I’ve experienced on SPI. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else. Would...

Next day we drive by and my car isn’t there we go in and my car had been towed.
