Supreme pizza is amazing.

**Update from visit on 09/06/21

My gal and I spent the weekend on the island for Labor Day, and headed onto the Padre strip for dinner. Traffic was packed as we expected so I had my gal pull into the Padre Island Brewery because that's how far the traffic went back from the bridge. It was my gal's first time, and I hadn't been to the brewery in ages. There was a 30 minute wait for a table, but we noticed a table for two against the wall and asked the young lady who was the hostess if we could sit there. Hostess sat us there and went to speak with a waitress who looked in our direction made eye contact with me, looked back at the hostess and made a negative facial expression. Ten minutes passed by before the waitress came by and got our drink order... Our drinks never came! A different waitress happened to be up front checking the seating chart, noticed us, and asked if we had been attended to. I explained to the new waitress whose name was Carlee (I hope I got her spelling correct) the face the other waitress gave us, took our drink order but never brought them by. Carlee ended up saying,"No worries, I'll personally take care of y'all..." and she did. Carlee was an all-star waitress and even though her section was on the OTHER side of the restaurant she never forgot about us, and made sure we had everything we needed through our meal. We started with the nachos, and they were simple, but very tasty. We were so hungry, I forgot to take a few pics of the nachos. My gal and I both ordered the bacon-cheeseburgers and they were cooked to order w/ a side of onion rings. Carlee if you're reading this, we really appreciate your level of customer service, and we think the service industry needs more individuals just like you! Thank you for making...

Go for the beer, not the food. But if you drink enough beer, it doesn't matter the quality of the food.

We ordered an 8 inch "Award Winning Hand Tossed Pizza" and a half rack of their "Legendary" ribs. What a joke.

The ribs were too salty to eat. They slather it with a sweet bbq sauce that didn't compliment the saltiness of the meat. Reminded me of cafeteria style food, you know where they just heat up the food and let it sit under the heat lamps until ready to serve. The menu said MARKET PRICE. I paid $20.25 for the 1/2 Rack.

The pizza reminded me of the frozen pizza Tostinos. It was too perfectly round to be "hand tossed". Sure enough I turn it over and see the perforated dough you always see on frozen pizza. I guess the guy hand tossing the pizza was out today.

It's true, they did post a 2.9% charge on Credit Cards behind the hostess podium. I thought well I'm using a Debit Card. Guess it's the same, I was charged the 2.9%. But remember the wait and kitchen staff has nothing to do with how management runs their business. I tipped well with cash, although our waiter gave off an "ugh, I have to work today vibe". Come to think of it, all of their staff gave off that vibe. Maybe they should give their wait staff a beer every 4 hours, lighten them up a bit.

I won't ever come back here and we go to SPI every year. There are better restaurants a few streets down. If you made it this far, don't waste your...

The worst experience ever on the island. We have been coming here for 20 years and never experienced such unprofessional service! The service we had by our waiter was mediocre. We had to ask for refills or drinks when our glasses were empty. And we had to ask to order our dinner after we finished our apps and sitting there with empty glasses and no food! The menus never were taken off our table. He had no personality and acted like he didn't want to serve us! He definitely did not go out of his way for anything!!! So, as a tip is earned, we left a 10% tip. Usually, we leave 20% or more! But a tip is earned! He was not the one to bring our food out either... so at least take our order timely and get us drinks and don't leave us sitting empty-handed with menus on the table. But it gets worse. He came outside 3 different times to intimidate myself and my two 70+ year old parents with dirty looks and sarcastic remarks. The third time, he even gave us the middle finger, which is unacceptable from any server or customer service estabestablishment. Now, we do not feel comfortable stepping foot in that establishment. Or be around that server! Make sure if you have Max you tip well regardless of his service or you will be treated as such! It's sad because the food was good the margarita was good. But to be treated and feel like that by a server...

This has been on island awhile but we are not beer drinkers so had not tried before - should have! Great service and food. Place was not busy when we got there around 11:30. They are practicing good social distancing and masks. There is outdoor seating. Lots of craft beers and a $5 sampler. We tried the ahi tuna and 1/2 order of calamari for appetizer. Good portions. The ahi tuna had a soy base sauce that I did not love but a great Wasabi sauce on the side. Good quality of ahi tuna - I would order again. The 1/2 order of calamari was more than enough for the 2 of us. The calamari was tender and a definite to have again. They were having a special- a whole rack of baby back ribs with a set up for two people- only 23.99, a great deal for the amount and quality of the food. The set up was cole slaw - the creamy kind, charro beans with lots of fresh cilantro- yummy! and fresh fries. Then the ribs - very meaty with a bbq sauce that had a beer flavor to it - very good; more sweet than spicy. A definite reorder. Meat just fell off the bone. Service was attentive, friendly and Iiked how the staff helped each other.
