Absolutely absurd. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. They mixed up my appointment, donāt feel sorry for that, super unprofessional, and being rude on the phone.
I did my routine eye exam last week and they told me they need to order my contacts trail package, and theyāll let me know when it is there. They checked my insurance and said I just need to pay for the fitting. Everything else should be free. 2 days later, they called me said the fitting trail is here and we made the fitting appointment the next Tuesday. Today(1 day before fitting appointment), they called me said i need to pay the upcoming appointment. I said what? Last time you guys said I donāt need to pay for the visit. And we went back and forth, eventually I realized they put another regular exam wrongly for my upcoming visit. I said it is for fitting contacts, itās a follow up visit. How can you guys mixed up???? Then the girl on the phone, Ami, didnāt express any concern or sorry for me. The only thing they can do is to make another appointment for me, wasting my time and energy.
Last time on my appointment I already did not like this place. I donāt know if the boy is an intern or someone else, but when he was checking out with me, he did not know anything. The other girl helped him. But dude, the giggling, his eyes are on that girl all the time. Excuse me? Thereās a customer eating for your service. Itās not some places for you to play your puppy love game.
And Ami, the girl on the phone today, your attitude on the phone is unbelievably rude. Hope you realize your job is important to a lot of people. You can literally change other peopleās mood by your words. If you donāt like your job. Change it. Donāt torture...

They did not take my measurements like other locations do to insure the glasses i picked would fit correctly. The guy David put in my Rx and ordered me the sports package, it comes with a strap and magnetic side shields that come down a little lower to protect from dust and debris. When picking them up the glasses needed to be squeezed so much they had to have two people work on it because they came in and were too wide. They also did not come with all the attachments and accessories listed and had paid for. When asked to get them delivered, the assistant manager said she would have to send an email and would call me the next day. I did not get a call, I contacted her and asked her for an update being that I was going away and was hoping to have them. She said she would send another email; when asked for her to call instead, she refused and would not give me an answer as to why. After asking a few more times why, she laughed and told me that I could call the glassware company and put her on a 3 way call. The doctor, she said she was Per Diem and not the regular doctor, did not give me my prescription, maybe they cant do that when their systems are down. Ok. No problem. Next she miswrote and said i need a reading prescription when its very clear i do not need one. I Dropped off a frame for glasses to be made on 7/26. On 8/9 I pick them up, and I had contacts on so I was able to just get the fitment When I came home, and put the glasses on there was no prescription done on the left (OS) eye at all!!! How careless of these folks. I have 2 eyes. Wouldn't it be sensible to get a pair of glasses for both my eyes? I had the verithin lenses with transitions on both.
