Do not use your GROUPON here. I had a Groupon for a cut and a highlight. From the time I walked in Mona and another young women we’re badgering me to cancel my Groupon and they would give me a discount for the services I asked. They even called some other woman and wanted me to speak to her on the phone about it, I refused. se.When I said I could not delete the Groupon they kept pushing me. At first they wanted to charge me 135 additional dollars for the service that I already paid for on the Groupon. It was about 4” past shoulder length which I asked her to cut off anyway. I was about to walk out and we settled on an additional $40. Mona was very rough even pulling my hair at times. Upon cutting my hair and ultimately blow drying my hair, Mona Was Deliberate not allowing me to see what she was doing she had my back to the mirror. Before she was done she was setting up my phone to leave a Google review asking me to leave a Google review. And Mona was telling me what to say on the review how great she was. I mentioned “I guess I should see my hair before I leave a review. “. Between Mona and her accomplice they were pushing the buttons on my phone so I could leave the Google review. I pretended my phone wouldn’t work I wasn’t gonna leave a Google review not seeing my hair.

I could not understand what she was doing with the curing iron besides Frying my hair. Note that Mona was deliberate not letting me see her cutting my hair how could I know how long it was? When I finally did get to see my hair I said it’s too long and that’s when Mona made herself scarce. The other woman on the badgering team,wanted to take pictures of my hair . Before I left I mentioned my hair being too long a few times. But I was shuffled off to the front...

Google reviews doesn't allow you to leave 0 for a review. If it did, I would give negative -0 review. If you value your eye brows, do not go to this place!!! As pleasant as the greeting, there was absolutely no remorse from the young girl at the front chair who cut off the tail ends of my eyebrows. I specifically ask her to just clean the eyebrows an not to cut the ends of my eyebrows. "She cut off the ends of my eyebrows."👀😩.

I told her, I was very unhappy with this service. She proceeded to get someone to speak to me. When the woman came to me, she observed exactly what I was saying. As I began to speak, the young lady began to speak to the woman in her language. Of course, I could not understand the language. If that wasn't adding insult to injury. I spoke to the young lady. I asked her to speak English so I can understand you. She began to speak English and said no I didn't cut it off. I spoke to both of them and ask them not to deny it or make reasons. How do you fix this? You can't. The woman wanted to color my eyebrows and that was definitely not what I wanted The disappointment here is beyond words. I only hope that this review will help someone not make the mistake I made coming here. I have been here before in past and was very satisfied. However, at this present time this is a palce to never visit. At the very least do not let the young girl do your eyebrows. She clearly doesn't know what she is doing. She said, her name was Hurlwen. After years of staying away from this Godawful place, I decided to give it another chance. Boy what a mistake.

The service is horrible. The employees acts like, you are inconveniencing them. And instead of paying attention to their customers, too busy yapping with each other. And everything is in a hurry., there were no other customers waiting. I keep telling the girl, take it easy. Its my face. The eye brow threading was not complete, i have to go.home snd clean up the unfinished work. During upper lip wax, the hot wax was dripped twice. A big one was dropped on my both lips and it burned my lips I asked for some oil to wipe off and she thought I was asking for gold. Not even offering to clean up her mess. Finally she took a wax cloth and pulled it so hard and quick, I am going home with bloody lips with no skin. Same with leg wax, kept dripping and when I complained that it's too hot, please be careful, it was just so fast.. like there were so many waiting in lane. No cleaning after the wax and my toes and legs were sticking to my pants and shoes... paid in full and even gave a tip and I couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Hopefully, my lips will be normal tomorrow as I have en event and hoping to wear make up.. ugh, Rude rude and no customer service. Talking to each other making fun of customer, not knowing the customer also understands and speaks your language.

Never again.. I feel bad for the owner as she was very nice when went back after years. Roma, train your employees for some manners. It's a beauty salon, people come...
