Absolutely disappointing experience. I ordered a Boneless Chicken Biryani and ended up waiting 45 minutes, only to be served a masala rice with a piece of fried chicken buried at the bottom. When I called to complain, a manager named Abhi promised me a complimentary biryani on my next order.
Fast forward a month—I called back to redeem it. First, a lady at reception assured me she’d confirm and call back. No response. When I followed up, a gentleman answered and, in a very dismissive manner, told me I could only get whatever biryani they had available, not what was promised—because in his words, I was “asking for a free biryani.”
As a frequent customer, I found this insulting and unprofessional. A promise was made, but instead of honoring it, they treated me as if I was trying to take advantage of them. Never again. I’m not begging for a “free biryani”— its you served me a masala rice in the name of Boneless...
Read moreJune 28 2019: second visit with p and m. Arrived at 5.30, the place was closed but it was supposed to be open based on service hours on google. We wanted to buy a beer from the tap but it got over. We asked if we can order vegetarian appetizers, they didn’t indulge us. Without the vegetarian appetizers that were provided in the previous visits, there is not much this place has to offer for me. The owner seemed less courteous today, just a bad day for business maybe? Took 2 stars off after today’s experience .
May 3 2019: Went with sticky to see Her friends band. The place is nice, plenty of options for beer on tap lovers. $5 for a pint. You have the option to get Indian appetizers that go well with the drinks. Owner is friendly. Place is not very fancy but recommended for small group hangouts for games or just a...
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful experience. One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. I placed a takeout order, and not only did they forget the fish biryani, but they also messed up the order by giving naan instead of roti. To make matters worse, the naan was so hard it could’ve been used as a shoe sole.
But the real shocker? When my kid bit into that rock-hard naan, we found a hair in it. Totally disgusting. I took a photo and tried calling them — over 100 times — using the number listed on Google. After all that effort, they were still completely irresponsible and indifferent. No apology, no compensation, no concern.
This place doesn’t deserve a single star. Avoid it at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to...
