it’s been a while since I’ve been back to this location, probably at least five or six months. It’s pretty simple. I ordered online exactly what I wanted. I got there just as the girl was bringing the pizzas from the kitchen out to the takeout shelf. She asked me if I need to take out and she checked my name and of course I checked the pizza while I’m there. Being in a hurry, just need to make sure. I ordered extra mozzarella with one pizza the one that was just pepperoni. If I order extra mozzarella, I expect to at least see it, and it was not existent. The server tried to point out to the spots where she thought it was and the she actually asked me if I wanted her to make me another one and honestly, I didn’t have any time given that this was a takeout order. It was a generous offer though but no time. I got home and I looked at the other pizzas under the fresh light and the other pepperoni pizza which was supposed to be a hot honey, pepperoni, and goat cheese with onion, is missing goat cheese. Read moreI am so disappointed in the management at this location and prior than this only had good experience at Otto's. I ordered two pizzas online for pickup a week and a half ago. Get home realize they are both completely inedible! Completely uneven dough with holes throughout, charred black chunks encrusted on the bottom, and floppy because of how thin it was in the centers.
Called and spoke to the woman who had given me the order, was so apologetic and said I'd get a full refund as I legit threw them in the trash. Fast forward a week have to call again because no refund was given. Left all my info with a different employee who said the manager would make sure it was taken care of when they got in and I'd hear back...never did.
Not at all a good experience and am so dissapointed that this is how the take care of clear quality control problems with repeat customers. I have my own business and would never treat...
Read moreUpdate: pizza finally arrived at 8:20. Driver went to wrong hotel. We confirmed the name and address when calling. As suspected pizza was room temperature at best. Cheese had already set and became hard(like it does when sitting out for a while). Awful experience and would not recommend. Hopefully the manager will make it right tomorrow even though that should’ve been done tonight when we requested it to be cancelled initially.
Ordered at 7pm-given 30-40 minutes for delivery. Called at 7:55 because we knew they closed at 8-was told it had been ready for about 15 minutes but they were waiting on a delivery driver. Just asked to cancel and for a refund and we were told “if you get the pizza and it’s not good you can just call back tomorrow and ask for a refund”. 8:15 pm still waiting on pizza.
