This was my first time at a pandora store. And I’m strongly questioning if I will ever go back. At first everything was wonderful, the sales rep was friendly and attentive. We built a beautiful charm bracelet for my sister’s graduation gift. When it came time for me to ask how much it was, things took a turn for the worse. I decided to come back another day with my mother to make sure my sister would like it. The sales rep was very insistent and pushed me to buy it today. The second I said I would come back, the look on the sales rep’s face changed to anger. She immediately turned around started putting everything a way. I thanked her for her help and she said a quick “yup” without even turning around to acknowledge it. Very sour taste in my mouth. When I told the associate what I was looking for, she asked if it was for a gift. I said no, it was for me.
