Located in the Maine Mall, you'll find this Mexican establishment in the food court area next to the restrooms. No, that was not an attempt to say you'll need to use it after. They literally are the first restaurant right after the restroom area and next to a French fry place.
The food was fantastic. All the ingredients used seem fresh and not something that has been sitting there for hours. The quality of the meats was great and the sauces appear to be made in house.I had a burrito in salad form. It came with rice, beans, fresh avocado, chips, pico de Gallo, and a meat of your choice. I left off the cheese. My wife had the tacos and the kids each got a burrito.
The only reason for the 4-stars is the pricing. They are a bit on the pricey side where for four people (3 tacos, 1 burrito and 2 burrito salads ran close to $75. Staff was very friendly.
If you are willing to pay premium prices for a Mexican food joint in a mall food court, try them out. The food won't disappoint, but it will...
Read moreI was really excited to order takeout from this restaurant as I’ve heard nothing but great things about them! Indeed, when I contacted them, they were very nice and try to be helpful, but unfortunately their relationship with the Carhop delivery service left us both wanting. This local delivery service, which is free to restaurants sent my order to an entirely different place. Refused to correct the situation despite myself and the restaurant attempting to negotiate with them and then made unhelpful comments about the restaurant employees ability to communicate:” I couldn’t understand a word, they said” is what Carhop’s customer service representative commented. So now $45 worth of food is sitting out rotting. to getting to try this well regarded restaurant cuisine sometime...
Read moreLet's go, finally a Mexican restaurant that tastes like food from the Southwest. First off, I got it from the food truck on the eastern prom. I saw that they had onions, cilantro, and radish in the street tacos and new it had to be good. First bite and my face lit up with nostalgia. I felt like I was eating an authentic burrito back home in Arizona, or by the beach in California. It's been awhile since food has made my this happy while also making me miss my home. Chicken was marinated and juicy. The tortillas tasted better than any I've had in my 3 years of being in New England. Tasted exactly like the tortillas from Food city (Mexican grocery store in AZ.) Pico and salsas were flavorful. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you for bringing the real...
