Swarovski — Local services in South Portland

My husband had bought me a ring in 2021. The women that we bought the ring with said that if we save the box, the receipt, and bring the ring in they would redip it and make it look brand new. (Another lady who was a frequent shopper also said how great it was to send the ring/jewelry in and they would make it look great) Well today I brought all my things in and the manager of the store started accusing me of "improper use". She didnt even let me speak saying it was because I used hand sanitizer and that my stone was dull because of that. One I dont use hand sanitizer and two I work from home and very rarely am rough with the ring. I do however wear the ring everyday. So it was very much worn. What made me mad was that she accused me of something that I didnt do. I have worked in jewelry sales for 5+ years and have been in the customer service field for over 15 years. I didnt appreciate the tone. The store manager did give me a new ring. However told that I no longer had a warranty on the ring. Absolutely disappointed 😞 I had ordered a crystal on black Friday, they explained they would call me before Christmas 2020. It is now January 10th 2021 and the item I order is still not received.
