First off they literally hound you until you sign up for their card super annoying I literally said yes so they would let me leave the store. And then the cashier Wilma super nice however a bit pushy decides to take my cash and then my gift card very ignorant because now I have $3 and some odd cents on a gift card. When we got to the register they asked how everything was I said fine they asked if I was a member I said no they asked do you to sign up I said I'm not interested this is the first time I've been in here and definitely the last I said at the beginning then she does that and I don't realize it's till the end. I was in a crisis as I was on my way to my engagement photoshoot and needed help putting on false lashes (simple glue on but I had never done it before). I was told the ālicensedā employees there didnāt have time for me even though one was standing behind the counter doing nothing during this whole interaction. They also had āabsolutely no ideaā of any other places I could go for help. Each employee was extremely rude and dismissive. I ended up calling Sephora and they HAPPILY helped me right away.
