Kay's,what can I say. These ladies are absolutely incredible!! Came in for inspections on Wedding 💍 jewelry, ring had a loose stone again, a little upsetting it's the second time on my Leo diamond. The were like an Entourage helping us. Amy, Maura,Diane and Kate were assisting us My fiance picked his ring our, I got a diamond pendant for the special day and a ring to place on my finger until mine comes back in. They're funny, kind and very attentive and helpful. I told them what I was imagining for the diamond pendant and her the mail on the head! These ladies make you feel like family, not a customer!! Just adore them all. Thank you ladies for always taking care of us. Christina wasn't there but she had made our journey amazing too! Hats off to the Girls at Kay's in Uniontown...

This is by far the worst Kay's location with an awful manager. They lost my wedding ring after a cleaning and gave us the poor excuse that we had come early to pick it up, yet we only came to get it because they had called to let us know it was ready for pick up. We left and got another call the next day that they had found it and we could actually come to get it. When we showed up, the manager hid her face and avoided us. Unfortunately, after we got home we realized they broke a diamond out of the setting. Thank goodness they "made it up" to us by giving us a $25 store credit. If you're able to, definitely visit the Washington, PA location instead. The employees there actually care about...

I had the BEST experience today with most lovely woman. Her name was Diane. She was soo helpful while fitting my engagement ring to my exact size and even offered to clean the other ring on my hand which is actually my grandmothers engagement ring. I have never had it cleaned, so I was very excited. She took the time to make sure it sparkled like it was brand new. She was very sweet and I’m soo glad I got to have such a wonderful time today there with her. More establishments need...
