All Star Asian Buffet — Restaurant in South Union Township

ATTENTION: DO NOT EAT AT THE ALL STAR ASIAN BUFFET NEAR THE UNIONTOWN WALMART!!! If this is not allowed it can be deleted! Sorry in advance if that's the case! My fiancé and I went there for dinner tonight. We go there often because we like (should say liked) it there. They always had good food. Until today, I made my first plate which consisted of some broccoli and chicken, some honey chicken, and some lo mein noodles. I ate my lo mein and my honey chicken. I ate a few pieces of broccoli until I say that there was a short black pubic hair on the stem of my broccoli. Immediately, I was done eating. I took the plate up to the manager and told them that I refuse to pay for my meal because one there was a hair in it and two because I didn't really eat anything. I told them I will pay for my fiancées meal because he did eat. They told me that I could get a discount. I said I refuse to pay. There is hair in my food. I didn't eat. He continued to ask me if I was at home and found a hair in my food, would I eat it? I said probably not, that's disgusting. He then said well if you pull out our booths, there is hair everywhere. I said I don't care, it's not in my food. That's disgusting I refuse to pay. Very rudely, he said there is four pieces of broccoli on your plate, don't tell me you didn't eat anything. I said that was my first plate and told him what I had on my plate. I don't like all my stuff running together so I only put a little bit on a plate at a time. He was very nasty and rude!! Needless to say, he basically admitted that they are not up to par on their cleanliness and don't care if you had a terrible time there. I will never go back. They did give us a discount but still paid $17 for food that had pubic hair in it at least that's what I thought it looked like. I have had problems in the past with this place but this was the last straw! Lord only knows what their kitchen looks like! I'm in utter disgust! I thought maybe they would get better after awhile that's why I went back but they did not. I will be calling the health department first things...

This place is bad, folks. Don’t even drive near it. You’ll be lower than by the low price, but the low quality of the food, and the poor service will definitely scare you off once and for all. This place used to be good. It used to be really good. But now it’s the only game in town and it’s terrible. What do I mean by terrible? This food isn’t even really Chinese American food, or even Americanized Chinese food. Some of what is on this Buffet cannot even be identified as food. Let’s start with the drinks. I opted for a glass of water. It came in a dingy cup and had an odd brownish tint to it, which at first I thought was due to the dim lighting and possibly dirty nature of the cup. The waitress didn’t bother to put more ice in it. She just filled it back up with warm water. I started with some appetizers from the Buffay… The usual… Crab Rangoon‘s, some chicken teriyaki, and an eggroll. The crab Rangoon‘s were strictly cream cheese inside a crunchy shell. The chicken teriyaki was extremely dry and oddly greasy. It looks like a meat from the chicken wings put on a long toothpick. The eggrolls were bland. Next we have the main course. Now there are a number of options you can choose from, each in its own dark brown sauce. Even some dishes that do not normally have dark brown sauce or slathered in it. The barbecued spareribs, which were chopped off the bone were coded and catch up. That was not barbecue sauce it was literally catsup. The chow mein fun, or rice noodle, with an odd brown color as well and completely broken up into little bite-size pieces. No long noodles in sight . Even the plain white rice was gross… It was slimy. The deserts did not fare much better. Nothing was exceptionally warm, nor exceptionally cold meaning that it was all probably in the temperature danger zone. Yep this place was...

⚠️ WARNING ASIAN BUFFET SUUUCKKKS...... first of all the waitress was extremely rude, she had no manners, continuously stared at me while I was eating, she was only nice when we gave her her tip. The eggrolls tasted like dehydrated chicken wrapped in leather. I had some clam on my plate and after I was finished with the clam there was a dead baby crab in the clam shell and I can still see the legs on it and I can tell it wasn't supposed to be there. When we first got there I had unwrapped the silverware which I thought were clean but weren't because the fork still had food in between it. I tried some of their mushrooms and they literally tasted like rotten fish...... LITTERALLY. I had two plates of food and I still paid $26 for it and it wasn't even that good haha more like two plates of GARBAGE!!. When I gave the lady my money she sneezed on her hand before taking my money then took my money then gave me my change back😷 Disgusting! When we first got there the waitress didn't even welcome us into the restaurant. Whenever she seated us she was like "WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DRINK" really rudely!! She even brought us the wrong drinks and when I told her that I wanted Coke not water politely she had a really bad attitude... I don't know what type of restaurant they're trying to run here but they need to get new employees along with new cooks!!!! Never again Asian...
