GameStop — Local services in South Union Township

Very ignorant kids working for this store. My husband and I sold to them before and it wasn't too excruciating to deal with them. Well today we went in to sell a PS4 to them. They said our controller wasn't good enough and would only offer 25 unless we went home and got a controller that was better so we did that. And when we were there they said okay we will give u 48 in cash ( yet they resale for$200) I was like hmm last I checked website said at least up to 80 since we had everything there and had to leave to give them a controller that was to their standards. Well another young kid employee and a guy were talking about my husband and I saying either we're desperate for money or we don't know our product..so very rude and unprofessional..donu realize the times we live in? We're disabled and people are struggling daily just to make ends meet. They lost us as customers they need shut down ..they're just awful and to talk like that about customers is disgusting. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or order...

I have purchased a lot of games and equipment. My son used to work for the company. He had played ever since he was little. The store is always clean and organized. The carry the most recent games and there employees are usually gamers their selfs. They also have a game trading program. It will allow gamers to trade in tapes for store credit on certain popular titles. The employees will take time with customers (like me) who have no ability to play to help you choose a great game that is appropriate for child. Gave 4 stars for those who work there and the business...

Cheapskates sold all of my preorders I made before I went to college. I come back to get my game and they SOLD IT to someone else. Once again I was cheated out by this place. Remember heart gold and soulsilver? Same deal. Didn't receive my merchandise with it and I want to buy xenoblade and they sold it yet again. NEVER going to this GameStop EVER again. It's a shame that video games aren't sold very much elsewhere because I SURELY WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS STUPID CHEEP...
