Spent close to 4 hours in the store with no phone. Ryan (the gentleman selling phones) seemed very new which that I can understand (after being there close to 2 hours trying to transfer service to ATT we still had zero progress made. The manager or lead (Teressa? not sure of spelling) came in and helped out a few other customers and didn't once check in on him to offer assistance which I am sure he could have used but was perhaps to shy to ask for. Then their systems "went down". She acted like there wasn't a thing that could be done. After waiting two additional hours, I called a different ATT store and they said that within seconds they already a work around and connected to their hotspots and was having zero issues transferring service. I came in to get my wife and told them we were going to a different AT&T store she said don't bother its down everywhere and started stumbling for words after I told her about the second store being able to actually help their customers. Don't worry about getting pushed for sales because based off her attitude, she doesn't care one way or another! If you decide to transfer to AT&T or need REAL assistance, go to the one in Morgantown (Donahue Drive). Gabby, Anthony, and Michelle are by far the most realest people I have worked with and actually care about...
Read moreI went in today to get a replacement screen protector. After waiting for almost an hour I get told that I have to scan the box’s QR code in the store to order it online and wait for it to ship to my home and bring it back to get the screen protector replaced. I scan the box and had to register an account online. While struggling to do so and still needing assistance the sales rep walks away from me and starts assisting someone else. I needed to scan the box again after registering but she took it. So now what do I do I wait another hour for her to come back to me? My mother and I left. I’m better off ordering it online and taking it to get replaced at my usual store in Morgantown if that’s the policy. Seems like this is purposeful to pressure us into getting new phones. Aside from that you have a guy from Samsung trying to sell us his products and when we decline he tells us to look around if we like. I don’t want to look around I want to get a screen protector, get it on my phone and get out. Absolutely ridiculous. But if you want a new phone you get the red carpet rolled...
