Classic Nail & Spa — Local services in South Windsor

I have been to this salon several times, and the last few visits have left me questioning whether I should return. After today, I will not be returning to this salon. They seem to have been drawing in more clients, however the quality of their services is declining at that same speed.

Last time I visited this salon, they had me sitting around for hours before starting my nails and the owner noticed that I had been there for so long. He asked me to remind him next time I’m in and that he would do my art for free. I’m not in a business to tell someone how to run theirs but someone that cares about their customers would’ve simply made a note to assure this would happen, instead of asking their client to remind them.

The women that did my nails today was sighing and rolling her eyes throughout my appointment and would snap at me telling me to put my nails in the machine if she caught me looking at my own nails. I also had to remind her multiple times what I wanted to get done today and so did her bosses. I hated the way they turned out and voiced my concerns to the owners. I do appreciate them taking care of that concern. However, the attitude from the technician was unnecessary. I got my first acrylic nail set here and it was horrible. I didn’t get the shape nor did i get the design that I wanted. Shawn(guy who worked on my nails) did let me know that they were not experience in designs. As he is putting the acrylic on my nails, I told him that the other nails he already did, felt like they would pop off, he checked them and didn’t see an issue. After he was done putting the polish on my nails i went to dry them. I saw on some parts, the polish came off some i asked him to fix it. My whole time there Shawn had such a rude attitude. I got my nails done Friday. Not only did I not get the shape and design that I wanted but now my nails are breaking off. A full set should last for a few weeks and mine did not. I go here for my pedicures and I will say that I never have an issue in that area. They always do a thorough and good job on pedicures. On the other hand, I got a full set there for the first time and they charged me 100 DOLLARS for the most mediocre, disappointing gel set I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t get a design, my nails are bumpy, the shape is wrong and I just can’t believe they actually charge that much for what you get out of it. I will continue to get my pedicures there but I will never get my nails done there again. I can get way better for way cheaper. I do not recommend getting your nails done there because the prices...
