HORRIBLE customer service. Only leaving one star because otherwise I couldn’t leave comment. Pretty sure, women with dark hair, working 6/11/23, maybe manager, has no control over anything in her life, so she must use her job as a form of exercising any controlling authority. What a joke. She needs training. I’m an Anthro customer for 20+ years. No longer. If there is a District Manager, they need to get to...

I’ve had several issue placing orders online. I went into the South Windsor store in Evergreen walk for some help. Tina took the time to make some phone calls and resolve the issue while I shopped in this beautiful store. I am so thankful she was able to finally fix the issue after so much frustration.
